Says to let foam adjust and form for 3-5 days, it’s been 6 days and it looks like the picture above. It’s also very small, not “XL”. Doesn’t look like anything like the pictures besides the color. I feel mislead by this seller on all levels.

This pillow arrived like it had been run over by a Mack truck. I was aware the packaging was going to be slightly damaged, but this was nuts. When I got the pillow out, it had a tear in it and was already losing it's stuffing. But the worst was how limp it was. It couldn't sit up by itself, slumping badly. Most of the stuffing had gone to the bottom and wouldn't stay in the upper half, even after fluffing. This product should have been declared a loss at the company, never sent to a customer, what an embarrassment. Now, the box run over by a truck is unusable, so I have to go get one just to send this junk back. Thanks Yesindeed, or is it No indeed?

Pillow comes all bundled up and I was shocked to see how it fluffed up and became so comfortable as well as sturdy!! Love the blue color and texture. Thinking about buying my husband one, because I do not want to share!

DO NOT BUY! TERRIBLE PRODUCT! SMELLS REALLY BAD! This bedrest/pillow comes shipped all shoved into a small box. The shape is lost once it comes out of box, floppy & uneven. Does not look anything like what’s in photo. Would give zero stars if I could.

The product didn’t look like What was shown in the picture . Very poor quality and it’s not comfortable . I will buy it again ..

it is SO COMFY. i am reading that there are some people who complain about it getting flat at the top, but all you have to do is turn it upside down and shake it out a bit! it returns to its formal posture and isn’t easily beaten down!

I ordered this pillow for my friend's husband as he was suffering from back pains. However, all his family is using it since its so comfy! The dark blow color is very pretty and the velvet fabric is soft and pleasant. Highly recommended
