Make sure to choose the laptop condition when you add it to the cart. I chose the best quality when I ordered mine and the 16" MB Pro I received looks beautiful... no scratches, no dead pixels, just a very slight wear on the wrist rest that I didn't even notice for several days. Mine basically looks brand new and I'm so happy with it. I'm coming from a mid-2015 MB Pro (only because the OS can no longer be upgraded) and the speaker sound is so much better plus the screen is sharper and brighter. In 2030 I'll get a refurb 2025 MB Pro... this is my 3rd MB Pro refurb and I've never had a problem with them. Excellent value for your dollars.

Laptop is in bad condition for excellent.. The battery is not good, die within a hour.. no one should purchase from this seller.Also the laptop needs to be detailed . Also I selected 32GB and got 16GB

I needed an upgrade for personal projects, school, and Iife. Seller shipped it asap, great price for what’s in this progressive powerhouse! My new favorite toy, I’ve been using it for school, I’m psyched to create on it and do various editing. Seller included a 96 watt brand new non cheap laptop charger. Great Apple refurbished experience, I probably need to run Windows on this soon for a project and the latest Apple models don’t do that. Luckily there’s Amazon & cool Apple refurbished sellers. Bought excellent condition and that’s what I got! I recommend!!

Laptop came looking like new - had MacOS 10.15 installed and running great, no cosmetic or performance problems. Even the battery was rated just above 90%, the one area I was afraid would be problematic. Gorgeous display, fast i9 proc and 32GB ram, frankly it surprised me that these can be had so cheap! Excellent value for money. I think the good price boils down to the lack of an Apple Mx processor, but so far this has not affected me at all. Fantastic deal!!! Beautiful laptop in like-new condition, terrific performance, and has as much RAM as my (getting old) desktop workstation (a much hacked upon 2018 Mac Mini - where I installed the 32gb myself….. this inability to customize on the laptop being one of the few things I dislike, but par for the course - the Apple laptop course that is :)

This was hands down, in the best condition (like new) with a small dent and a couple of scratches across the top lid. Everything worked out of the box and came with a brand new charger that also worked perfectly. The downside was that I had the thermal paste redone and It needed a very thorough cleaning on the inside as there was a load of dust in the fans and all in the bottom of the shell. Other than that I'm very pleased with it and no overheating issues after the cleaning and fresh thermal paste. Edit: Not even a month later, it needs battery service via Apple

The MacBook's condition felt below Amazon's "Good" category for refurbished items. It had chips, scratches, and a dent on the top right of the screen seemed more "Acceptable" than "Good." It arrived MDM-locked to an unknown company. Apple couldn't locate the MDM account but identified the buyer as a school district. They shared a third-party guide, and believe it or not, it worked, allowing me to factory reset the laptop and use the laptop as my own. Since I’ve already invested so much time troubleshooting, I’ll keep it and might add a skin to cover the scratches and chips. I would advise anyone buying refurbished MacBook i9s to purchase from a reputable seller and consider opting for "Excellent" condition rather than "Good."

App frequently shut down for no reason....I send error report and nothing changes. And now, after owning for less than two months, it doesn't hold a charge. "Bite the bullet" and get a new one....the risk of a bad product and time lost is not worth reward of saving money.
