Fantastic all around
I purchased this chair as a replacement for one that cost over twice the price but had such a hard seat it was uncomfortable. Nothing could’ve prepared me for how comfortable this chair is. It feels like sitting on a cloud and the mesh back ensures you don’t get overheated and has great back support. One of the problems I’ve had with other big and tall chairs is that they are for tall people and I myself am 5‘4“. I always had to keep a pillow behind my back so I could have my feet level on the floor. At its lowest setting, this chair allows me to have my feet on the floor. This was such a wonderful surprise. Another feature I appreciated about the chair is that the legs are metal unlike comparably priced chairs which have plastic legs.Another key feature of this chair is that the armrests adjust in and out as well as up and down so you can angle them to your preference and you can make the armrest mounting wider or narrower on the bottom of the chair - it’s really easy to adjust. In addition to the backrest having a movable lumbar support feature, the backrest mount has about an inch of play when being installed on the bottom of the chair so it can be pushed forward if you’re a shorter person or backward if you are taller. The tilt resistance also is adjustable and, of course, the chair goes up and down. All in it’s such a customizable chair. It really does work for people of various heights.Putting the chair together was so easy I barely needed the instructions. In fact, it went so quickly. It wasn’t until I put the seat back on that I realized part of the frame had been cracked in shipping and was damaged. This was not a factory defect, but very clearly damage that occurred during shipment.Amazon only gave me the option to return the chair, which is not what I wanted to do. However, I was able to contact the seller and within minutes of sending photos they reached out to me, took care of everything, and sent me everything I needed within a couple days. Absolutely incredible customer service.I have to admit, given the price point, I wasn’t sure what to expect from the quality of the chair or what might happen if there was a problem, and I felt like I was taking a risk, but I could not be happier with the comfort and quality of the chair and the customer service is absolutely stellar. If you’ve been on the fence, get the chair. It was worth every penny and I highly recommend it.

Chair has been great for months
As someone who spends hours at a desk every day, finding a good office chair has always been a struggle. Most chairs either feel flimsy, don’t have enough support, or just aren’t built for larger bodies. That’s why I decided to try this Big and Tall Office Chair, and honestly, it’s been a game-changer.The first thing I noticed was how sturdy it feels. This chair is solid. From the base to the armrests, everything feels like it’s designed to handle some serious use. It doesn’t creak or wobble when I sit down or adjust, which immediately gives me peace of mind. The seat cushion is another highlight. It’s wide enough that I don’t feel cramped, and it’s thick without being too firm. It’s like sitting on a supportive cloud—great for long workdays. The adjustable lumbar support is also a big win for me. I like that I can tweak it to hit the right spot on my back, which has really helped with some lower back pain I’ve been dealing with. The mesh back is breathable, which is a lifesaver when you’re sitting for hours, especially in a warm room. I don’t find myself overheating like I have with some chairs that use leather or thicker materials.I also really like the 4D armrests. At first, I thought the “4D” thing might be a gimmick, but it’s actually super practical. You can adjust them up, down, side to side, and even angle them, so they’re always in the perfect position whether I’m typing, leaning back, or just resting.Assembly was straightforward—took me about 30 minutes by myself—and the instructions were clear. It’s definitely a heavy chair, so be prepared for a bit of lifting, but once it’s set up, it’s rock solid. If I had to nitpick, it’s a bit on the bulky side, so it might not be ideal for smaller spaces. Also, while the seat is super comfortable, it’s not the soft, sink-in kind of cushion—more like firm but supportive. Personally, I prefer that, but it’s something to keep in mind.Overall, this chair delivers exactly what it promises: comfort, support, and durability for bigger folks. If you’ve been disappointed by flimsy or uncomfortable chairs before, this one is definitely worth the investment.

Better than my $400 office chair
I can't say enough good things about this chair. It's comfortable and supportive, was a breeze to put together, and was so affordable. I work remotely, and when I recently moved I ended up with enough space to have my work set up in one room and my personal setup in another. Whenever I first started working remotely, I used my office stipend to buy (what I consider) a ridiculously expensive office chair. That chair is pretty nice and I thought it was going to be the most comfortable chair I could get, and I wanted to keep it with my personal set up because of that. However, I never felt that the expensive chair properly supported my back. I just thought this was the way it is being a big person and that I was forever doomed to have a sore back after work. However, this chair is absolutely PERFECT. I don't have any back pain at the end of the day! I don't need to add an extra cushion to sit on or a lumbar cushion - this chair has the perfect support everywhere. It is widely adjustable, large enough to fit a big person quite comfortably, and feels very sturdy. I really couldn't ask for a better chair. I don't want to get rid of my expensive chair (nor do I want to lug this amazing chair up and down two flights of stairs every time I want to hang out at my personal set up), but I will be keeping all my fingers and toes crossed that this chair is still available in a couple years' time when my expensive chair inevitably bites the dust. If there's such a thing as a holy grail of chairs, this one is it.
