The purchase of Gruns has been one of my best finds and purchases of 2025. As they mention in their ads and packaging, they support gut health, energy, recovery, beauty and more. I can attest to all of those areas being supported after starting these early in the spring. I have had "gut" issues my entire life and these sugar-free gummies have kept my gut in check. You can purchase them in prepackaged on-the-go, travel easy bags or in one large bag. They taste great and actually seem like a treat. I look forward to having them each morning. Highly recommend!

I have found that these gummies really help if you are doing a Glu-1 shot for weightloss. No more constipation or queasy stomach and I feel like I'm getting nutrients I may be missing by eating less. Taste is pretty good as well. Individual packaging makes it easy if you travel. A bit expensive, but has more nutrients than other brands I tried.

The product itself is great - although pricey, when you compare the ingredients to other supplements, it’s clear here that you get what you pay for. I would have given this 5 stars but the product I received was clumped together and the color had a white cast to it (similar to what happens when chocolate ages). Until I received another order directly from Gruns, I thought that was just how they were (and I was fine with it). That said, I’ve heard people complain about the Gruns subscription program, so it’s something I’ll have to keep an eye on. I plan to order directly from them unless there’s an issue - their product is fresher, not clumpy… you’ll just have to wait for about a week to get it versus this seller that delivers quickly.

I'd read online that people with sensitivity to other vitamins might be able to take these. I took the first pack of 8 today, I've had no adverse reaction to them, that's a first for me. I'm so excited to have found these. The last vitamin I tried made me feel like I had a bladder infection, I don't know why, it seems so illogical, and some upset my stomach. I hesitated to try these because they are quite pricey. I'd wanted to try the type that aren't individually packaged because they were less expensive, but after seeing some reviews with the gummies in dry clumped condition, I ordered the packets. They are in great and fresh condition.

Love them. I wanted to get some healthy supplements into our diets, but the green drinks are nasty so we decided to try these. They taste great and we can feel the difference in our health. We’ve been taking these for months now and we’ll continue to do so. Easy to use since they’re in separate packs. Just throw them in the lunch bag and off we go.

I hope these are as good for me as they say because i just get them because its like eating candy and im on a diet lolol they are soooo good i look forward to eating sooo many!

We were excited to try these to supplement the fiber were know we needed, especially being on a GLP-1. The first bag (sugar free) was delicious, and my husband and I decided the price was worth it an ordered another. We found the second bag to have a completely different flavor - almost tart, compared to the first which was perfectly sweet. Took a side by side picture - and it's hard to see, but the sheen on the gummies were slightly different too. They're not bad, but hoping our next bag go back to the flavor of the first.
