This charm is so unlike the picture on your site. Bought as a gift but going to choose much more expensive items In future. I understand that you get what you pay fir but in the pic it looks a lot clearer. Also delivery driver knocked at door, when I got there she had dumped parcel on floor and had gone leaving gates open so my dog could escape. I'm fuming.
