Fantastic tool for massage!
I’ve been looking at different bars and I finally settled on this one and I’m very happy! The weight is sturdy enough you know you’ll see results but not heavy enough to hurt someone accidentally. Fits in your hand perfectly, works with you instead of against you!

I dislike short it is.. cool for petite people or muscles

Easy to use.
Easy to use. Easier than the smaller tools. Make sure you use carrier oil or cocoa butter to help glide across skin.
