Very impressed with the compression of this Sparthos Calf Sleeves. I have had recent bad bouts of calf cramps which limited my running and training times during this long cold off season. I mainly run outdoors along tracks, pavements, and nearby trails. After each run, inevitably, the calf cramps and therefore also affects my gait and endurance. I even have had painful calf cramps in the middle of the night after a long hard run the day before. I started to look into calf sleeves as an option to save me from further pain. I went to various stores and tried versions of neoprene and spandex and nylon combinations but was never satisfied. The neoprenes were tightly compressed but tends to feel sweaty and clammy after use. The spandex/nylon combinations were too thin and didn't offer any suitable compression. When I put the Sparthos calf Compression Sleeves on, I immediately felt my preferred compression and yet allowing some breathability. Putting it one was very easy as the bands on either end allow enough stretch. I poked my calf and any jiggling was held in check. Very nice indeed. I have gone for long runs and fast sprint/stadium steps workouts. The sleeves don't move at all! There is no pinching and no build up of sweat. I normally do not remove the sleeve until at least an hour after exercise and I do feel it has recovery features also. I definitely agree this Sparthos sleeve has helped to remove most of my muscle soreness and i do feel less fatigued overall. I haven't had any soreness in the calf since wearing these Sparthos sleeves. Many thanks to Ingrid who was very responsive to my satisfaction of the sleeve. Ingrid helped me zeroed into a MEDIUM size. I have 16" calves and I wanted more compression, so I was able to size down and get what I perceive is my perfect combination. The blue color and the woven seamless pattern are striking and the material looks and feels very durable. The Spartan symbol is fun. (Coincidentally, I am training for a Spartan Sprint Race in June) - I do recommend you give these sleeves a try. Ingrid and her team are very customer service oriented.

Cheap and good enough. Othe brands are 5 times more expensive and these helped my finish 2 marathons already. Just take the tags off they are in annoying places so need to come off to not bother your run or exercise. Use it of the plane as well for relief and works well.

They are comfortable, yet snug.

This is my 2nd pair, I made a little hole in the first pair by accident but I use them as my back up pair on wash day. Since I've been wearing these sleeves my leg/ calf cramps at night have disappeared. I tried all kinds of vitamins/ minerals, exercise, massage,... you name it but nothing works like wearing my sleeves during the day. I tried compression socks but they were hard to get on, pull all the way up my calves, plus I didn't like my toes/ feet confined.

Shattered my leg and ankle did a lot of damage to pretty much everything particularly veins. Ankle actually twisted 180° which tore pretty much everything before I got these. I felt like I had a shin splint constantly. And without them, I felt less confident on putting weight on the leg. Purchase these and they were life changer. Give me back my confidence relieve some of my discomfort, even possibly help with my circulation. Great value, great item strongly recommend

Delivered on time. Light compression, which is good for me. The issue I see- the seam on both sides is very tick, would be uncomfortable after longer wear .Plus ,there is a weird tag sewn into the border on the front exterior of the garment - not practical , very strange choice of placement for this tag. You cannot remove it .

These fit nicely and go on and off easily. I like the color to match my skin. Wish they were a tad bit tighter but I got my size according to their sizing chart. They are comfortable.

I am very happy with these sleeves. I use them to protect my shins from getting bruised/cut when I play pickleball. I ordered the xl size because I really did not want a tight compression fit. They fit perfectly. I am 6'2" and 200 pounds. Average sized legs for my size.
