This slicer has made food preparation much easier and more efficient. It is a versatile kitchen appliance - it can precisely slice meats, deli items, and even bread. It has an adjustable dial so that I can choose my own thickness ranging from 0-15mm. I like this feature as I like different thickness for different food - when making deli sandwiches I like a thinner slice of meat while I prefer thicker slices for my roast and steak. The removable blade makes cleaning and maintenance easy. I like that I can even cut my homemade bread with this! One of my favorite things to prepare for guests a charcuterie board - this slicer allows me to cut all the product for a great looking board. It is efficient, durable and easy to use.

I bought a very cheap, likely 3D printed, food slicer from another website. It was horribly made so we returned it and bought this one, which is worlds better. It's not too big and is really easy to set up and use. It does the job without issues

It works great for home use; we sliced a piece of ham and a block of Monterey cheese to the thickness we needed with ease. The parts detach easily for cleaning, the motor is very quiet when running, and I liked that it has suction cups in the four corners to attach to the table.

This was a replacement for a different unit which did not come apart for cleaning. This unit does come apart and makes cleaning reasonably easy. The thickness selector works fine, however I wish it would have a "negative" setting so it would cover the blade and prevent accidental cuts as the blade still remains exposed even at zero thickness setting. The sliding mechanism is not smooth and tends to be difficult to to move side to side to cut your product. I ended up using some shortening on both the hand slider and the bar slider, which made the job easier but could be improved a lot more. Overall, with the shortcomings, this is a good product to use for occasional slicing.

Didn't want to spend much money as I only need a slicer for bread. Was looking at a manual slicer (Starfrit Deli Slicer), but this electric slicer was on sale for only $9 more than the Deli so I purchased it. Glad I did. This slicer does a good job slicing bread and the platform moves out of the way to easily clean under it and around the blade. It has strong suction feet that do a pretty good job keeping it in place; however, I did have to use my right hand on the right end of the machine to keep it from moving to the right when I was pushing bread through the slicing blade. The one suggestion I would have for the manufacturer would be a larger platform to hold the food. Once I did a few slices, this wasn't a problem, but initially, I had to hold the bread up at platform level. It seems to be well made for its price. It is light and easy to carry and small enough to fit on my pantry shelf. Was surprised the saw blade rotates rather slowly, my husband's work saw blades rotate much much faster. If the blade rotated faster, the slicing would be faster, but that might make the machine vibrate. I will be using this slicer on a weekly basis for homemade bread so it should last me for many years. Well worth the price.

This is a basic low-cost slicer. It's mostly plastic, but that's what you get for less than $100. I've only used it once so far on a block of cheese, and it worked as expected. The blade is easy to remove for cleaning. Everything is hand-wash only, but again, that's expected. The carriage is not meant for large chunks of meat. The cutting "length" of the blade is about 4", and the depth of the carriage is about the same. Good for salami or pepperoni, but you won't fit a whole turkey breast or roast beef on it. This is not a workhorse. The manual says that for every 10 minutes of use, you need to let it cool down for 30 minutes. That's a bit concerning, but I don't expect to use it for 10 minutes straight. I'll update this as I use it more.

Estoy muy contenta con esta compra. Funciona de maravilla; las cuchillas son muy afiladas y permiten ajustar el grosor de las lonchas con mucha precisión. La he usado para embutidos y queso, y en todos los casos el resultado ha sido perfecto. Además, es bastante fácil de limpiar, algo que me preocupaba mucho. Quando ho ricevuto l' affettatrice ero un po' perplessa perché mi sembrava troppo leggera rispetto alla mia vecchia affettatrice e temevo fosse indice di scarsa qualità. In realtà le prestazioni sono ottime e cosaa non da poco è pratica da pulire con parti facilmente rimovibili per una pulizia completa .

Great Slicer ! Great suction to the counter. It won't be sliding for sure. We buy the small boneless hams when they go on sale and slice thin for sandwiches. Much cheaper than buying the packages of sliced ham. Next...a roast!
