Unfortunately, one of the units is not functioning properly, specifically the chilled-water feature, which is not working at all. We have already emailed your support team regarding this issue, but we have not received a proper solution. Despite requesting a technician visit, we did not get any clear response or assistance. This lack of support is very disappointing, especially after purchasing multiple units. I kindly request you to take immediate action to resolve this issue by either repairing the faulty unit or replacing it at the earliest. Looking forward to your prompt response
