These are great for a few weeks and then they malfunction, the mic 🎤 fails I’m on my second set.I’m a sucker for punishment.Don’t waste your money on these.

Been through MANY different brand of headsets such as Tritons (with adjustable sound amps) Turtle beaches, Microsoft brand, ect. Nothing compaires to Platronic Rigs. Used this brand for 5+ years, bought a second set for my girlfriend. The refurbished was a great deal at only $18. They work amazingly! Was definitely worth the price and I would only buy this brand again. 👌 I love that the headset snaps together and love how the mic port can be dis-attached. Great for my kids to use because they won't snap and break the plastic because headset snaps together for adjustable size. Any pressure on the headset and instead of breaking it just comes apart. Seriously heavy duty in the non breaking category. Like, 5 years heavy duty with use of 2 kids and 2 adult users. Guaranteed this new pair will last just as long!!!EDIT: first pair still amazing so i have purchased a second pair!

I've bought these before at a store way back and found the box in my closet. Ordered a pair for my buddy and I and we love them. Super comfortable and light, great sound quality for the price. You really can't beat it. I also like the mute function by putting the mic up. Great value, great headset.EDIT: 10/14/2020 Headset is still going strong and I love it!

I have another model of this same headset and I've owned it for several years, if I remember right. Still going strong. I got these for my other PC. They work great. Great for a spare too. I'll never use leather/fake leather materials anymore. The clothe ear pieces are so much better!!

I got these refurbished they are like new I couldn’t even see any Blemishes in them they sound good the volume is clear even at a high level which I had to turn down cause it’s loud even without an amp , the mic works fine was told I sound clear the only thing I did notice was that after a few hours was a bit of tenderness from my eye glasses where the ear cups press on my head and that just needed some adjustments to ease it and for the price I payed this was a really good deal thank you amazon for providing me with such good products at such affordable prices .

1st week I had it the mic stopped working, you get what you pay for.

I bought my first pair back in 2016 and they lasted me 3 years before the mic kicked it. I’m on my second pair now which I bought in 2019 and they work just as good as the first one. They’re a lot cheaper than a lot of other popular headsets, I have had zero issues with them. Also very comfortable, can have them on for hours without any ear/head aches.

A mi me toco buena suerte, todo funciona a la perfeccion, solo el micofono esta algo guango o no se si asi sea el modelo pero al bajarlo, se va hasta abajo, no hay como puntos medios, sin embargo me escuchan excelente y al levantar el microfono se mutea correctamente. La diadema venia en una caja generica dado que es renewed pero la diadema estaba sin marcas o nada roto. Estoy muy contento con la compra

I'm pretty sure this was a new item. I couldn't find a greasy fingerprint, smudge or speck of dust. Build quality is cheap, but it seems sturdy enough. A bit uncomfortable after extended use, but how can you complain for under 30.00 CDN.Musically you'd be better off with the earbuds your phone come with. Flat midrange with crackle in the high end and a bit of a boomy bottom.Sufficient for en entry level headset.

Me son muy útiles, fáciles de usar. No doy 5 estrellas porque el producto no es nuevo pero cumplen perfectamente su función, muy buena calidad de audio y muy ergonómicos.

Es un buen producto, luce bien, suena bien, el micrófono funciona de lujo! No solo para juegos, incluso lo he probado en llamadas a través de mi celular y estoy seguro que es funcional para otros usos!
