These pots are thin but durable. I do a lot of seedling trays, so I like that they are light and flexible. Good price, perfect for my uses.

FIRST I was disappointed, LATER learned to love. Plastic odor was strong, and hard to separate the little pots, and some of the plastic melt-deformed. HOWEVER they are a good size for seedlings, with excellent drainage. So I transplanted seedlings into them. (1) the plants are doing well! (2) thin lightweight pots use less plastic--better for Earth! (3) plastic odor does lessen over time! (4) 18 fit into a standard greenhouse tray, (5) very sturdy pots bounce back from a full squashed, (5) go through the dishwasher OK, (6) will be useful into multiple seasons. So I have learned to LOVE these pots. They are very nice indeed. Your expectations may be disappointed, but the benefits are HUGE and I highly recommend them now. Eco-Friendly--plastic is minimal compared to all other pots, and they deliver a great experience for the plants, and they are tactile and nice once you warm to the idea.

These are workout out well for my seedling growing projects, however, I was a bit surprised with what I'd received; the contents were smashed and unsure if I should fault Amazon or the seller on this, but realizing they're not broken, it's a slight inconvenience and not a deal-breaker. That's the main point of these, they're incredibly thin and lightweight, but the material they're made of is difficult to break or tear. The advantage this gives us as growers is when it's time to transplant into larger pots or our garden, these can easily be squeezed to gently extract the plant and root ball without damage. The thin material could also allow easy insertion into a larger decorated pot if desired. These not only can withstand different circumstances without breakage, but they're also washable and reusable. Slightly frustrating were some pots which appeared melted, perhaps from transportation shipping. I didn't like those particularly. Another less than anticipated experience was finding the drain holes not all completely removed, in fact, most have dangling plastic that must be cut out with scissors or nail clippers. I don't understand this; if they're intentionally leaving them for us to control how many holes per pot, they should be consistent. Again, not a big deal, though takes up time when preparing seedlings. The colors are relatively inconsistent compared to the standardized photos in the listing. Some have the design as pictured, many have really weird combinations of the terra cotta color and the black. Again, aesthetics for seedling pots doesn't impact the functionality and makes them a little unique, however, this also makes them less able to be used as gifts or selling plants, as many people like uniformity and the smashed pots are less attractive than they'd be without being smashed. Sizing was smaller than anticipated, the stated size from this listing references the outer lip diameter, not the inside which is closer to 2.75"-3" diameter. The smashed ones I'll deal with, they're functional though not as nice as they could have been had they not arrived that way. The ones that are partially melted I sincerely do not enjoy, they creep me out for whatever reason. Overall, satisfied with my purchase as these allowed me to set up many cool plants which I'm excited about for this season! :)

They squash very easily as very thin walls, so quite flimsy. Used them to make mandrake cup cakes for Harry Potter birthday parties, but thinking I need smaller ones that suit mini muffins as the large ones are too much for for the kids so get wasted.

I don't understand complaints about flimsiness of these pots. I transplanted several dozen asparagus seedlings sprouted in cell packs into these with no difficulty and complete success. After several weeks I transplanted them into an outdoor bed with no tearing or showing any kind of damage, completely ready for reuse after quick cleaning. Highly recommend.

These are ok. It comes with so many! I bought this a while ago and have propagated dozens of plants with these and still have quite a few left over. Things I don’t like about these pots: they’re initially really hard to separate from another They’re extremely thin, making it super easy to permanently deform or put cracks in them Otherwise, the pots are fine given the price.

I've used these pots a couple years now. They don't look like they would but they hold up well and I get 2 or 3 seasons out of them. I'm very satisfied with product and transaction.

I bought these and to use as starter kits and it worked out perfectly. Just a little bit of soil in there. Some water and some seeds and let God do the rest.
