I should have stuck with Extra, tub hard to open
I'd bought a batch of Extra Strawberry & Lemon, and Tropical chewing gum and wanted a minty variety other than the usual spearmint or peppermint. These were on offer so I thought I'd try one. I knew they weren't Extra, I brand I love and trust for their long-lasting flavour, but Wrigleys is always a trusted brand I thought. After biting into the first one, once I'd struggled to get into the tub, I knew they were not the gum for me. I should have had a clue from the name - bubblemint - good description and really hard to imagine. Let me try and describe it.Imagine, if you can, an oblong shaped piece of blue and white speckled gum in a crispy shell that is more bubblegum in taste that mint. In fact, I could hardly taste the mint at all. Very disappointing. So disappointed was I that I gave the rest to my grandson who likes the flavour of bubblegum. Less than half the price of similar Extra tubs and less than half the enjoyment.
