Great Overall Package
I write "package" here because for me this ended up being more than just the battery. The versatility of this product with the charger is really a huge selling point that I didn't even know about before I bought it. I bought this as a backup battery about 5 months ago to use for my laptop while on the go, as I do a lot of heavy 3D rendering and video editing, I lose battery like nothing else. Being able to get a few more hours out of use on the go is huge for me. But I found myself also using the charger included with this more often than the actual battery. I use the battery while I am on the go, and now use this charger as my on the go charger (as it also has 2 included fast chargers that allow me to charger my phone or other camera accessories quickly off the same charger as my laptop. Then having the fast charger on the battery itself along with 3 USB ports, I pretty much am always good to go. Being able to charge the battery while also charging my laptop is a big plus too. There are a few things you should know. The battery (as all batteries do) has a bit of weight to it. I don't consider this a con, but you should be aware of it as it is an "on the go" product and you are most likely carrying it in your laptop bag. It also can get kind of hot when fast charging a phone or charging the laptop. I have had this problem with pretty much any fast charger, and they included a great lightweight breathable mesh bag that I keep the battery in which allows me to not worry about it overheating and still pick it up without worrying about the heat. (Not sure exactly how hot it has gotten before, I have never measured it, but I know it has gotten hot enough where you would not want to hold it for more than a little bit.) I think this is just more the nature of large batteries like this... electricity makes heat. But again you should be aware. Other things to note: I never use the flashlight. It's cool I guess, though not very bright. Definitely not why you are buying this though. The button I found confusing a little, to begin with. I am sure they explain it in the paperwork that came with the battery but... its a battery so I never really read it haha. Anyway, it seems there are 2 types of power outputs. One signified by the lights all being green, the other by them all being red. So changing between (I think its 15v and 12v, not sure) is signified through that. Also whether the battery is on or off is hard to tell, I think it just turns on when something is plugged in and turns off when something isnt? So the lights are really just indicated battery level when you click them but I am not sure. The charging level indicator isn't always super accurate for me while it is plugged in. Sometimes it will say it is at 1 (of 4) dots but when I unplug it it corrects itself and says it is fully charged. I have only experienced that a few times. Nothing that has ever slowed me down, but something to note. I have never had any issues with the charger itself (it has only ever gotten slightly warm) and none of the things listed above were really "issues" for me with the battery but I wanted to be transparent. Overall I was considering buying this for a long time and am glad I finally did, it was a little bit of an investment but it gave me the confidence to be able to work on larger projects on the go without worrying about having to stop in the middle or losing something because my battery died. P.S. I did have a brief issue with the surface connect cable they sent me. It worked great for 5 months and then the rubber where it meets the connector started to melt a little bit. Not sure if this was something caused by me not having it plugged in all the way but I stopped using it immediately and contacted their support and they shipped me a new one no questions asked. I assume this was just a fluke cable issue as I hadn't really seen anyone else having this problem. So I wouldn't consider it too much while making your purchase, and they had a quick and very helpful customer service experience directly on their website.

A Great Package
I was sitting next to a guy at a conference when my Surface was running out of power. The guy next to me handed me his BatPower battery and got me over the bump and I had one ordered that day, First of all, I am very satisfied with this product. Solved a problem that I get into often using my Surface in a meeting or where I cannot find a 110v outlet to power up with. If one needs to be moving around with a Surface, you do not need to be looking for a wall outlet with this battery set up. This is a complete kit with all the cables needed to get on the road. The battery charger that comes with the kit will work the same as the Surface power supply without the battery too; a nice plus for traveling. The power supply/charger also has a quick charge and regular power USB ports to charge up other devices too. Really handy. The BatPower battery can be charged up with the power supply and I can also use the battery with my Surface at the same time as it has a lot of capacity. The BatPower battery itself is has a lot of functionality. It has a pair of USB power ports for powering up my WiFi Jet Pack and iPhone and also a quick charge USB port. I have not used this but it also has a micro USB input that I assume can be used to re-charge the battery but probably a slower rate than the 110 volt battery charger. What I did not expect is how the BatPower can recharge the Surface battery without an oulet. I can run all day away from a 110v outlet all day with this set up. The kit comes with a bag to carry all of the parts. Comes with all of the cables needed with Velcro cable ties. A very nice and complete package. I have been using this now for a month and it is a great companion for the Surface.

Portable battery works well
So the battery itself works really well. On long days, it is capable of keeping my Surface pro 7 charged and my phone (previously a Note 8 now a Note 20 Ultra). I can charge my note 20 ultra between 5-6 times. We took it camping for a few days and charged 2 note ultras and still had about a quarter of juice left. Over all the battery is great. IT can even charge my surface pro 7 for about 4-5 times. The issue is the charger for the battery itself it is a 120w charger with 2 USB 3.0 outputs. Model on their website states S120B. The thing is this brick/charger alone is about $50. So when mine broke within the warranty period I reached out to them via email and within a day or two I had a "replacement" on the way. I got a 90W charger instead of the 120W... I have since then been trying to reach them to return the 90W charger and get the correct one But have received no responses in the past 2-3 weeks once I received the incorrect charger. It may not seems like much but the 30W difference is pretty significant when you are talking about time it takes to charge the power bank or other devices like a surface pro 7. Couple that with the fact that the original brick had 2 USB 3.0 with quick charge capability vs the one that I got sent and you start to see the issues. Almost all current devices now use some version of fast charging or quick charging. and I honestly am not a fan of waiting 4+ hours for a phone to charge, or 6+ for a tablet.

Mostly works as intended after 30 months. Mostly
So first and foremost, I purchased this for work travel. The Battery is great at keeping my phone charged and anything small I need to charge when no outlet is available. Cons- 1) the end of the Surface charger (cap) popped off and is just open. 2) I have never been able to power my laptop using the only the Brick. Always needed the brick into the battery to my Surface. 3) The battery dies when it is plugged into the Surface by itself. I absolutely love this battery but not for charging my Surface.

Most Versatile Charger Ever - All Included
This is the absolutely best battery charger AND universal charger pack I have ever owned. Aside from the obvious of it being a high capacity battery pack charger for the Surface Pro, it also is completely modular and incredibility versatile. What's truly awesome is how the unit can function as a standard A/C charger for the Surface without the battery pack. This is handy as it essentially acts as an additional A/C charger for your Surface and USB devices when you may not want to carry around the heavier battery pack unit. Great for travelling where I can leave the battery pack in my roller board luggage and then keep the AC unit in my backpack or vice versa. Of course the battery pack unit can be used without the A/C unit also and provides again the ability to charge the Surface Pro and two USB devices at the same time (one standard 5V usb port and one QuickCharge) using the battery storage capacity of the unit. When you have both the battery pack and the A/C unit connected together and to utility A/C power then you actually can charge 4 USB devices simultaneously as you have TWO standard USB 5.0V ports AND TWO USB QuickCharge ports! Basically I have been able to replace all the various chargers I use to carry with this one modular BatPower device. It includes multiple high quality USB cables as well in the package.

The perfect solution
I own an old Surface Pro 2 which I like very much but the battery is worn out and can only power the computer for about 45 minutes before needing a recharge. This renders my computer virtually useless unless I have an electrical outlet near by, and because the battery is not replaceable it was looking like I would have to spend the money to buy a new computer. The BatPower ProE 2 ES7B Power Bank was the perfect solution. The light and compact design of this battery makes it easy to bring along and I have been able to charge my Surface Pro 2 twice before having to recharge the Power Bank. I have also found that I can connect the Power Bank while I'm using the computer allowing me to use it for three hours without needing an electrical outlet. I did have to make an addition purchase to get the cord that fits my Surface Pro 2 but the cord was relatively inexpensive and it the money I spent for the Power Bank and the cord was minimal compared the the cost of buying a new computer. The product is simple to use and I very happy to have found it. It allows me to use my computer away from home again! It is also very versatile in that it will charge virtually any rechargeable electronic device I own such as my phone, Bluetooth head phones and my wife's Apple computer and phone. I an 100% satisfied and would recommend it.

Long life, but it has permanently changed my Surface's battery behavior
I suppose this works as expected. I feel like the silver on/off button is a little hard to press, as it is flush against the power bank. The life is pretty long, at least 4 hours of something CPU taxing, like watching YouTube videos on a browser. Other uses like running MS Office apps will probably be even longer. It is extremely heavy, but the battery life is the payoff. I used velcro to stick it to the computer itself (pictured). However, I seem to be having a different experience than people are describing here. 1. It does not charge my computer. If my computer battery is totally empty, it will run the computer until the BatPower bank is used, up, but at no point will my computer display a battery reading greater than 1%. 2. it has somehow screwed up my computer's ability to measure its built in battery. Now, it always reads as zero, even when plugged into its own power supply. Sometimes it fixes itself and powers up, sometimes it does not. Plugging in the BatPower bank will allow it to turn on, but if I take the magnetic power connector off even for a split second, the computer shuts down.

This was cool but kind of a waste of money
I was really excited about this product because of how convenient it seems in theory. I use it for a surface book 2, and I'm honestly not sure if I got a faulty product. At first the battery (2680mAh) would charge my surface+keyboard (~9000mAh) from dead to about 50% capacity while I was using it, which seems about right. The Good: - Very convenient for flights as it gives my surface book 2 an extra 4-5 hours of life. - This thing charges FAST, 95W is quick charging The Bad: -I noticed it overheats like CRAZY and becomes much too hot to touch (~150 + *F), especially when I tried charging it while it was charging the laptop, so I quit doing that. It also seems to temporarily shutdown when it overheats -This thing is very expensive compared to other comparably sized battery packs (that don't charge a surface) -It dies way faster after 3 months of use, now I can't even get it to charge for more than 5 minutes after I left it charging all night, so it is pretty much useless after 3 months. - I continued to use the charger that was included even after the battery became useless, and after about 5 months from purchase, the cable quit charging. I'm not hard on chargers and usually don't have to replace chargers, but this entire product is useless after 5 months. Was this a faulty product? 3-5 months is not what I expect to get out of a $130 battery + charger.
