works perfectly,great value for a simple but needed item.

Product is okay. Worked well first time. I hand washed the product to ensure it didn’t warp in the dishwasher. The second time I used the product it was evident that the lid did not fit/seal tightly enough (there was a gap around the edge). This meant that the egg didn’t cook correctly and after 35 seconds popped. There was egg white all over the inside of the microwave due to the gap created by the poor fitting lid. Not a great purchase or really fit for purpose. I can understand why it has been discontinued. The clue was in the title!

A lot of trial and error with this, instructions are useless unless you want to cover inside your microwave with egg dust ! Just half fill it with water and 60 seconds later, greeeat cracking poached eggs

It did as described, but egg leaked. Not much else to say It's was easy to use Not quite stable.

If like me you want a simple and quick breakfast on a morning this is the perfect solution. I love poached eggs but simply don't have time to wait for them to cook conventionally when I'm rushing out to work. This gives a great alternative, I found 40 seconds on a high heat worked perfectly but I dare say this varies considerably on microwaves. The eggs look and taste good (remember to butter the tray so they don't stick). Granted they're not as tasty as traditionally cooked but for speed they're a close second. The dish is easy to wipe clean in seconds after use and is small enough to be able to store away with ease. Really can't complain for £2 and the time saved cooking.

It is difficult to close the flap properly !!!!!

Used this once and egg exploded all over the microwave and broke the clasp so it no longer closes. Even at the price it is still a waste of money not fit for purpose.
