Works for the Alesis Multimix8 usb fx
My friend Micheal Shown gave me an extra mixer. He said he included the power cable, but I thought he didn’t and I remember him saying that his sister had the charger. Nick took me home from Micheals house after band practice, and I didn’t leave it in his truck. Nick said he cleaned his truck and didn’t find it. Anyways I needed a power supply and this one does the trick! I can’t wait to start recording my outerspace sci-fi’s 1940’s style country album about living is Roswell New Mexico! Yeeeee Haw! And beam me up!

Great 30VAC step transformer.
Great 30VAC step transformer. Wired it into an old tapeco mixer I wanted to use, still going strong 10 months into use.

Worked for ten minutes.
This device failed within ten minutes. No power. The unit was extremely hot several minutes after it failed. These units usually emit a fair amount of heat, but this one ended up failing.

Excellent Replacement
I still use an old Alesis Multimix 8 USB as a synth submixer, and its factory power cable's exterior wire had pulled back, showing the internal wires. Those were still wrapped, so I had carried on using it, but had it in the back of my mind to replace. When I saw this for review, at first, I didn't think that it would be a power supply for an old mixer from a different company than was listed in the heading, but the connector looked right, so I checked it out, and they namechecked my exact mixer in the main text, but right next to a note about differences in output voltages, assuring me it wasn't a problem. I was still a bit concerned, but gave it a try, and it worked with no issues, as they said. It is worth checking the specs against the adapter for your particular mixer, but I can confirm that it works well with the model I use, at least, and I am happy to have replaced an ailing power supply with one that is new and well put together.

Reasonably priced replacement. Check your voltages and pin outs.
Needed a replacement power supply for my mixer. Make sure you get the right voltage and pin out. You should be good to go. Basic strain reliefs. Basic AC plug. No ground. Depending on your environment you may still have some hum. Dual power supply is handy for split circuits and keeping the buzz out of the prime circuits.

Not very durable
I've had this for all of a couple months and I keep it in a padded bag with the mixer itself and a few other cords. It has fallen apart, not the inside mind you (it still works) but the case has shattered for no apparent reason. It hasn't really been dropped or anything unless maybe while it has been in transport from gig to gig, but if that had happened I'd think the mixer or the other power cords in the bag would also have some damage. So I can only surmise the case itself is weak.
