I hesitated buying these because of the price - but the very good set (not Stainless) I had purchased from Williams Sonoma was starting to get difficult to clean and losing its non stick attributes. so I broke down and ordered these, desperate to support American manufacturing, and crying over the price. WORTH IT WORTH EVERY PENNY - sturdy!! takes very high heat in my propane oven and hasn't warped. Easy to clean. I bake pizza's on these now - they distribute heat better than my pizza rack or stone!! first time my pizza crust has really evenly cooked and gotten crisp without burning in a long time. Baked cookies using a silicone insert, but tried it without and just a non stick baking spray - just as easy to clean and the bottoms of the cookies were a little crisper, but not materially different. Love the heat distribution on these pans. And they don't damage my Stainless Steel farmers sink when my hubby tosses them in there :)Spend the money. Get these pans. I also got the jelly roll pans and love them love them love them.

I first bought their jelly roll pan and loved it so much that I purchased the cookie sheet. Since then I've used the jelly roll pan a few more times and the cookie sheet only once. Although this brand is sturdy, healthy and well made it scratches easily. My jelly roll pan is scratched all across the top just by cleaning it with a Scotch Brite sponge. Overall I"m pleased with my purchase but not sure what to make of all those scratches.

It is expensive, but well worth the price if it will last you a lifetime and it really and truly seems like it will. It will not warp, bend or burn. I bought one here, on Amazon, and have used it for baking cookies with excellent results. I always line it with unbleached parchment paper before using it, a personal choice. It measures 14 inches wide by 17.5 inches long. It is sturdy and substantial, but not heavy. Like all stainless steelI, it gets smudges and can scratch, so handle it with care. When you place it in the oven, do not slide it in because the oven rack can scratch it underneath, rather, gently just lower it into place on a rack. If you need to move it or adjust its position, lift the baking sheet and lower it in. If you need to take it out of the oven, lift it with both hands using oven-mitts and carefully take it out. I agree, if you purchase one, it is the last large cookie sheet you will ever buy, except, perhaps, for getting a second one of this for the convenience of it. It heats evenly and works beautifully.

If it had a small lip on both ends.-So baking product wouldn't fall off when lifting baking product out of the oven. I just have to be more careful when taken them out of the oven. When I'm baking on the 360 Stainless Steel CookiesSheet -I use bakery sheets & tissue liners! This makes cleanup easier and the sheet still looks brand new! I'm really happy that I bought an excellent product that was handcrafted in the the USA. I will but again and buy products from 360!

These are absolutely everything I have been looking for. I've seen other brand but those are small. I prefer large cookie sheets even if I make a small batch of cookies. They are easy to handle and clean and very sturdy. Abd the cherry on too is that they are made in the USAWould absolutely purchase again.

I am so happy with these. I've been wanting some for years and I'm so glad to have found an American made stainless steel option. They are very heavy and are exactly what I wanted.

I love mine so I give them to young people as gifts when they start their independent lives...will last forever

I really like this cookie sheet. A friend had one and I finally bit the bullet and bought one myself. We tried it out last night with a couple batches of cookies and it did a great job. Very durable. Doesn't warp or bend in the oven. Seems to distribute heat quite evenly. Super easy to clean too, which is always nice.It'll be great to have this over the holidays!
