Effective
It helps me stay asleep and I feel fine in the morning. Before, I would wake up after three hours and often have trouble getting to sleep again. Now I sleep for 5 hours and often get back to sleep. I am also using 10 mg gradual release melatonin. I have only been using these two for few months.
