My new favorite red pepper.
I've been ordering these from this seller for a while now. Always arrive fast and fresh and clean. The flavor has been consistently excellent. This is my preferred source. Fresnoes are my favorite pepper to work with. NO, they are NOT red jalapenos. They have a distinct flavor of their own. The color is vibrant red and they hold that color even beyond cooking. I also grow these but don't have any right now. I will be buying them here from now on

Good Flavor, but Could Be Fresher
I bought the Fresh Red Fresno Chile Peppers to try and make a customer sriracha, they had great flavor and added the perfect heat and sweetness to my dishes. They were a good size and had plenty of heat. However, they weren’t as fresh as I had hoped. A few peppers were softer than expected, which was a bit disappointing. I was still able to use most of them, but the overall freshness could be improved. That said, the quality of the peppers was good enough to enjoy their unique taste. I would consider ordering again, hoping for a fresher batch next time!

Great product -- fast shipping
Bought these on the 30th of July -- received them today (August 1). None of the peppers were molded -- all in great condition and ready for me to make sriracha. Thank you so much -- will definitely buy more from company if needed.

Chilis came fresh and clean, looked good
Despite being a day lated they showed up in good shape, I soon removed the seeds for germination and dried the chili in my dehydrator at 135 F for about 7 hours, Came out fine, these are interesting medium heat chilis. Will grind in to powder.

Would probably not buy again
This is the only place I could source these for hot sauce. Just under half were approximately ripe. The others were all in some stage between 50% ripe and 80% ripe. I shelf ripened them and was able to use almost all of them but I did have to make multiple batches to avoid spoilage. Decent flavor for sauce. If I can find another source I'll buy from them next time.
