The teas are aromatic and tasty, now we only buy them, and the packaging is beautiful, which is also nice. We drink a couple of hours before bed.

Yum- but! Don’t drink & take melatonin!
My sister likes this tea so I decided to buy myself some & it has great flavor and all that, but felt a bit extra tired the next day & somehow came across the info that you shouldn’t drink this or take (any valerian root) while also taking any form of melatonin! I’ve been taking melatonin for a few months not sure if I took it that night but maybe because it was in my system it really made me feel funky! Just be aware of the interaction between those 2!
