I was pleasantly shocked at the quality of this filter for the price. It's crystal-clear, no signs of any optical distortion that I can detect, and the edges are ground and finished immaculately. Also comes in a very nice pouch.I know it's just a clear filter, but the fact that you can get a pristine 4mm hunk of optical glass of these dimensions for less than the cost of a totally average 52mm screw-in protector filter is kind of crazy.

This works great with the small rig matte box and makes a perfect clear shield for camera lenses. Thick and most excellent quality. Rub a small bit of Vaseline or olive oil for great soft edge effect. Wash of with warm water and let creativity run wild

It fits well in my Tilta Mattebox, protects the lens, easy to clean, comes with a nice soft carry case. It's the same quality of material that you'll find in their more expensive line of filters!
