Living in Florida we have bugs all year. This gets rid of that problem quick. We live in a rental and my landlord has never taken care of termites that swarm every spring in this House. Well this has about zapped them all dew before being able to breed and drop Their wings. Also gets rid of fruit flies and mosquitoes quickly.

This started zapping moths and mosquitos as soon as I plugged it in. It's pretty loud when the bugs touch the electrical wires but I sort of get a satisfying feeling when I hear the sound, knowing that the mosquito that just got zapped won't be biting me! I've had it for about a week in a downstairs hallway and haven't been bitten. I may need to get another for the upstairs bedroom area since I am still getting bites while sleeping.

Works great. Just a bit bright, but I guess it's expected. Maybe the next one will have brightness control for when you want to sleep with it on in the room. Great for fruit flies indoor. Never tried it outdoor. Quality seems great and easy to set up and use right out of the box. I would recommend this product for any flying insects.

I have had this for a year and use it indoor for the flies and various insects that come in the house. It works great! In the spring/summer we get these "flying ant" things that love to go the the light (in more than one way haha). It quickly zaps anything that gets close. Its a great design since most of the dead bugs fall into the tray so its easy to clean. We are so used to hearing it pop that when company comes over they jump when they hear the zap. That makes it fun to use We have had a lot of rain and a bumper crop of mosquitos this year so I purchased the scent attractant for mosquitos to hang on the light. The interesting thing is I know that they are getting zapped but can't find the small bugs as it literally blows them apart. The only other thing that happened is a moth got trapped and it kept zapping so had to unplug (no on-off button) and cleaned it out with a small paintbrush. This model is excellent and it has LED lights so low energy consumption as well.

I had a gnat problem at our house so I decided to buy a bug zapper. After looking at all the bug zappers on the market, I settled on this one. I must say, the first day I plugged it in, it was going off quite a bit! This product works great! It’s quiet, the only noise it makes is when it zaps an insect. The light attracts flying insects (gnats, mosquitos, flies etc). It’s pretty durable I dropped it on my kitchen floor while taking it out of the box. Although, it really light weight which makes it feel a bit cheap as far as quality, I assure you it’s quite sturdy. It’s really simple to operate. Just plug it in and it’s good to go. You can hang it up or set it down anywhere. It’s water resistant as well so you can hang it up outside for bbq’s, birthday parties and so forth.Needless to say, I don’t have a gnat problem anymore. It took round 3 days to rid my home of flying insects. Now, it goes off occasionally keeping my house bug free. No complaints here. Problem solved!

Much lighter than I expected. Keeps working all week long. Easy enough to clean. Cord could be a little longer, but it was pretty easy to get zapping. First use it was popping mosquitos constantly for hours. Draws them in pretty easily and keeps a good radius clear. Great value product.
