This is easy to use and more convenient than the main national brand. I would recommend getting a proper silicone bowl and hairstylist type dye brush. Makes it mush easier to apply to your beard. While this says "in 5 minutes" i have found for the color to really set you need to let it sit for 10-15 minutes and the color comes in much better.

For context: 1) my beard is completely gray, 2) the photos show the results 24 hours after application, 3) photos are real and without using filters. Pros: 1) excellent coverage, 2) much cheaper than the big-name brands, 3) dispensers at the top of the container makes application much easier and less messy. Cons: None. Tips: 1) I don’t use the little brushes typically provided with these types of products. Instead, I use a makeup brush that I bought from a local beauty store, and it works beautifully. It gives me far better control and even coverage, 2) I left the product on for 15 minutes to achieve the desired shade of black, 3) when the time is up, I don’t use soap to remove the dye—just water and vigorous friction to ensure there was no residue left—because soap removes the dye, 4) after rinsing, I usually use a razor to remove any excess dye that might remain on the skin or rub vigorously with a microfiber cloth and that does the trick. Overall, I highly recommend this product. It’s affordable, effective, and with a convenient dispenser.

Warning if you are allergic to PPD. The product claims to contain “mild herbal” ingredients but this is a product full of allergens. Woke up during the night with a severe reaction and had to shave off my beard. Very painful and I’m all swollen. I had no severe reaction when I did a skin test but when applying in my face it turned out extremely bad.

It worked well but I had an allergic reaction. It made me itch a lot and dried up my skin enough to flake.

My beard is short and has a lot of grey/white hair (my natural color is black). I have tried many different beard dye brands with little to no success. Until now!!!. I tried this product for the first time today and thought that this would probably give me the same results as the other more expensive products which did not color the white/Grey hair. Boy, was I wrong!!. When I washed my face after keeping the product on for 10 minutes, ALL the grey/white was GONE and what was more surprising was that it did not stain my skin at all. I now have a perfect;y natural looking beard with black hair. I am super impressed with this product and will recommend it to anyone who has a beard that they need to color back to their natural hair color.
