It feels well made and you can carry it almost everywhere, the only issue I have is that it is difficult to adjust the resistance, it is either really hard or really loose, so if you are a beginner you night have problems adjusting to an intermediate resistance

excellent forarm builder. you can control the resistance, easily portable. it also builds hand strenght. if you are seeking a solid durable forearm equipment you cannot go wrong with this gripzilla.

Quality product, like the ones that have the plate dangling off but much more portable.

It works. Very simple. Your forearms feel the fatigue letting you know they are underdeveloped

The price is high, but seems to be good quality. My arm wrestling team and I get a good forearm workout/pump with this tool. Very similar device to the one Denis Cyplenkov made/uses. The tension can be adjusted to burn you out quickly or set where you can “comfortably” do 60 seconds. I’d recommend the Gripzilla Dynamo for arm wrestling training and forearm building.

Honestly, this thing is really well made. It’s probably “overbuilt” for its purpose, but I love it. As a former kick boxer, having strong arms and wrists is, of course, very important. I could tell how well it will work in the long run from the very first use.

Originally ordered this and got a hand gripper tool in the box that this was supposed to come in. Clearly someone switched the items out. I immediately ordered a replacement and finally got the actual product and it’s fantastic. Underrated for therapy on the hands and wrist especially if you work with computers all day.

This is one of the best pieces of exercise equipment I’ve ever used. I’ve never gotten a better pump. Previously, I’ve used a handle/rope with weights for forearms for years. That doesn’t come close to the pump I get from this thing. Well worth the money!

The rotation movement is not smooth enough and the grip is very tough and you will need to wear a gloves if you are planning to use it for a long time, but for ten or twenty rotations you will be ok
