Good quality, didn't upset my digestion, and works well to supplement a vegetarian diet for lean body mass. The berry flavour’s taste was too strong for me, tasted like drinking a Hi-Chew or Jolly Rancher candy which might appeal to some people but not me. However the quality for the price is awesome so I found a workaround for the taste: it tastes better mixed in with fruit juice or a protein shake.

I was actually looking to help lose weight with moderate activity. I felt more energetic with this product, and it perhaps will work wonderfully for those who "work out". I feel with an altered diet and increased activty, it would work for a plain ole somebody like me. But, it's too much money for me to experiment with. The taste is ok....tiresome after awhile. Sorta citress, sweet/tart. Easily tolerated, but I began to look at the bottle and didn't want another dose with the flavor. I take a lot of vitamin supplements, and was looking for an L Carnitine, without adding another capsule to swallow. Hmmmm...perhaps a chewy?

Never tried this before but I really like the flavor and easy to use. Definitely buying again.

It’s a good product, the taste is good kinda sour . I would recommend this product, it gives you energy and helps you burn fat . Only thing is that it finished In less than 30 days ! And it’s a bit pricey . I’ll be buying it once in a while .

I do intense HIIT workouts 5 days a week while eating in a calorie deficit. When I add 1 T of this L-Carnitine daily, it helps my workouts and I lose weight quickly. I stopped taking it for 2 months and could not lose weight... started taking it again and the weight started coming off again. It does taste sour, but I like to take it before my workouts with pre-workout. It does not cause any stomach upset for me on an empty stomach. I'm on my 4th bottle and will continue to buy until I reach my goal weight. Overall, I highly recommend.

Yep it’s a carnitine supplement at a decent price

I got this to help with focus, motivation and energy. I will say that it has significantly helped, I have serious ADHD. My boyfriend jokingly said I took his Adderall lol that's how well it's working. HOWEVER, I will not purchase this one again. I will be finding a different brand. Reason number 1, the taste is horrible, only putting up with it because it is helping and I don't want to waste my money lol Reason number 2. This has the synthetic form of B12, which i always avoid, but didn't realize it was in this. That synthetic form of B12 can cause a boatload of problems, and it's definitely worth avoiding.

Very good supplement, I recommend it works very well for our body, as a supplement it is very effective and for our pocket very appropriate and I love it. Excellent.
