Very happy with this version of Shilajit. Have tried others, however, I have felt considerably better after taking this brand. I found it easy to swallow, and fast acting. The pills are a sensible size and had a very positive effect on my mood. There was also no unpleasant after taste. All in all, I would highly recommend, I was very happy and would most certainly buy again.

Firstly I can't give these 5 stars due to fact at the time of taking these I was also taking resin form every other day which is meant to be more potent. However I will be buying more of the product to keep the same routine. The tablets seem to keep my brain active like the product is meant to, along side giving me more energy not long after taking them which is useful for those early starts. Recommended to start your day.

I've been taking Shilajit for a few weeks now. They were very good value for money and I can already feel the benefits. I have more energy,I am sleeping alot better and these tablets are easy to take they don't have any after taste and don't upset the stomach like a couple of other brands of tablets that I've taken b4 have.

In my opinion this product gives me energy and helps my muscles recover. The tablets are so easy to take and therefore I would recommend this over the thick paste.

I like that its easy to swallow & no smells. Improves memory and noticed better sleep with significant energy boost. I prefer to taking it in the morning and does not feel any side effects, but can be used at any time of the day.
