Updating my original review. I really like the concept of this suitcase and wanted to give it another try. Since it broke within an hour of first use, I thought maybe it was just faulty mechanics. When I went to request an exchange, there was only the option for a straight return, no questions asked. I thought that a bit odd, but there you go. For the price point, I think they have more work to do.--I had high hopes for this as I like the idea of the expanding functionality. Unfortunately, the thing broke on the first leg of my trip. First, I had to gate check my bag. At its smallest, it is quite short, but it is wider than my standard carrying on, and because of the hard shell, there is no squishing or squeezing to make it fit. I do wish it had a slimmer profile. So depending on the plane, you might not even be able to carry it on. So, I had to gate check. From the time I handed my suitcase to the gate attendant, to receiving it at my connection, just a mere 45 minutes later, the handle broke. At first I thought I could fix it, but the handle is literally the piece that holds the whole thing together, so if that malfunctions in any way, you lose all functionality, which is the purpose of this suitcase. I am going back to my 10 year old W@lm@rt suitcase that cost $30. It looks ratty, but it still works great!

Very slim and easy to handle, the roller is smooth when I was traveling through the airport. Can’t believe how much stuff I can fit into the suitcase, love that it can convert into different heights with a push of a button. The zipper had no issues handling the different sizes. It is very sturdy and outlast when the luggage was checked-in.

I wanted to love this product so much. As many others have mentioned- the zipper is very awkward. What's worse is that the zipper does not close properly and I've tried to fix it to no avail. My luggage does not close properly and even if I can manage to get it somewhat closed, I am scared it will eventually tear open as I travel with it - and before anyone starts asking, no its not because I put too much in there.

I bought this based on the recommendation of nonstop Dan's YouTube page, and when I got it it looked cool.... Them I go to use it for the first time and it broke... I would not recommend this at all... Now it's too late to request a return and I'm sick with broken luggage...

機内持込について日本語で機内持ち込み用と記載しているAmazonにも責任がある。基本、機内持ち込み不可でした。ついでに重いです。中国製だからと言う理由では無いのですが、価格に見合う満足感は得られません。中の仕切りも使いにくいです。日本と韓国で一度使っただけでチャックが壊れて、空港でトランクを買い替え、詰め替えしました。違う見方をすると、良いCMでした。
