Truth be told, I use Celsius to bribe my caregiver to keep her coming back. After 2 years, it has performed 100%. I mix her favorite Sparkling Blue up with several other Sparkling varieties. Convenient bottle size, with just the right carbonation. Very effective, wink wink.

I have loved Celsius for a long time. I was getting the Orange Essential flavor (orange & vanilla) and it is pretty good, but the Blue Crush is the best one out of the Essential's line. It's sweet but does not taste or feel syrupy. The fizz is not too much, especially for the morning. There is less of an earthy (green tea) taste compared to other flavors. Any Celsius drink gives good, stable energy and this one is no different. I notice when I drink these my nails grow stronger due to the biotin. They do not hurt my stomach like other brands can. Plus these arrive very quickly (next day and never damaged) through Amazon at a good price!

I would have liked more raspberry flavor, but it became more pronounced as i drank it. 270mg caffeine, but i didn't perceive a caffeine rush at all. 16oz is my preferred size as is the "zero" sugar. The amino acids and vitamins are a plus and i do like the taste although the berry flavor really didn't come thru for me. No jitteriness afterwards, no after taste and i think it did lift my energy level some but not as much as i expected. Probably from the various sources of caffeine that combine for a less exaggerated affect. I would recommend it as i have bought other Celsius products and generally like them all.
