Great price and quality. It came with a whole chart of exercises and there are lots of workouts online for free. All you have to do is actually move your ass and do a workout each day. Start with 10 minutes and tell yourself you’re allowed to quit after 10 minutes. Once you get going you won’t stop!!!

Overall, I’m very happy with this Pilates set. The ring and exercise ball are excellent—both feel durable and professional-grade. The ball was easy to inflate, and the included pump is a nice touch. I’ve been using the ring for core and leg exercises, and it has the perfect amount of resistance. The set also comes with a helpful guide that walks you through different workouts, which I really appreciated as someone doing Pilates at home. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the resistance bands. While they’re decent, they tend to bunch up a little during use, especially over leggings. If they were just a bit wider or had some grip on the inside, they’d be perfect. That said, it’s still a great deal for the price, and I’d absolutely recommend it—especially for beginners or anyone looking to enhance their at-home workout routine.

This is a great kit at a very good price. Kit also included a pump for the ball, a nice bag to fit everything and also a poster of Pilates exercises. Quality of each item is very good and I was impressed with the set. I would recommend to anyone.

This pilates set is excellent quality. I'm really happy with this set and the poster with different exercises that can be done with the equipment. The bag that came with it to keep everything organized is also useful.

I love this set! I fell in love with Pilates after I had a really invasive knee surgery in 2024. After being bedridden for several months and having my life fall apart, Pilates was what helped me gain my strength and motivation back. I decided to get my own Pilates set on amazon and it was the best decision I've ever made. Now every time I get a break from work or before I go to bed, I can do Pilates in my own way! It is also very easy to pack and bring along on trips.

This is heat if you like to go at home app or video work outs. High quality for each item and I use four times a week. Everything has held up. And if you don’t have workout apps by or videos the poster. One on handy.
