been using this daily was a bit confused at first as 1 pic u see the patch goes over ur belly button and then a pic of having the patch underneath the belly button so I tried both areas I found when the patch was overy bellybutton it kinda felt really warm and was a bit irritated so I then placed a patch under my belly button an iv not had any issues iv only been using for a week and I can say my binge eating has stopped I don't feel as hungry no sna king out of control moments I would definatley recommend to anyone who wants to stop those over eating moments and feel a lot more fuller on smaller meals excellent value for money safer option than munjoro due to my kidney problems so overall definelty gona keep using I can't say if I have lost weight as yet due to only using for a week fingers crossed but happy already with portion control no over eating so big winner I'd say thanks u so much x

This patch looks a bit "home made" and arrives in ad hoc packaging with minimal information / instructions but it does actually work - it is a complete game changer for me. I have used the patch each of the last 28 days whilst on a quite severe Keto diet. During the diet I have never once felt hungry, not had any cravings and feel satisfied with quite small quantities of food. I am 67 yrs old and weigh 120kg. Losing 7kg has been a doddle. The patch does not make you lose weight - that comes from a change in eating habits. Patience is required. One draw back is that the glue on the patch is overly effective - it has to be removed very very slowly - no "ripping off the band aid" It does leave a mark on my skin but that fades. I have cancelled all thoughts of hugely expensive injections.
