Incredible value. Fantastic product.
Comparable products from "luxury" brands can cost exponentially more... but you'd be really hard-pressed to justify those expenditures while this product is available. It's really well built, sharp-looking, and delivers quality watch-winding and security all-in-one. I really cannot say enough about how pleasantly surprised I am with the product and the company - great customer service and responsive communication. DHL screwed up the shipment (big surprise there) but they handled everything for me and were all set to just ship a replacement. A+++

Very Pleased
Not used to purchasing this type of product at this expense via Amazon - prefer to purchase in person but Covid made that difficult so took the chance here. Very please - strong, as advertised, working perfectly. Heavy (as described) and attached to wall easily. Read instructions closely on setting codes and preferences - I didn't and got stuck for a bit. but once I figured it out it was easy and logical.

Incredible watch safe
This safe is very high tech and elegant in design. It came packaged like they were shipping the Stanley Cup. It was very well packed and arrived without a scratch. The seller was wonderful to work with.

Highly recommend... 5 star service!
An excellent watch safe. Well built with QUALITY, and the customer service is immediate and great. Sent an email for 2 cushions I damaged and they sent me 4 at no charge. Highly recommend! 5 star service.

Very well constructed product that should last a lifetime...
Initially, I had issues with the "key" lock portion of the safe. But with persistence and time, a lady with customer service worked it out. The instructions are somewhat difficult to understand, but I feel that there was/is something wrong with the foreign translation, but it all worked itself out and it functions wonderfully now. Not enough of an issue to deduct a star. I really hate to not showcase the safe even though secure because of the value of the contents. It is a highly attractive case from all angles. It's a lot of money, but you get what you pay for as they say.

After having some issues at the beginning to operate the safes, the service and after sale service was extremely helpful. The product is working properly and I am extremely satisfied with the follow up to ensure things are working properly.
