It's heavy af. As someone with a weak immunity, I can't carry this around with me. I needed a keyboard that I could bring up and down stairs with me. It worked perfectly 🤷🏾 It was nice that it turned the screen on when closed or attached. The pairing was instant with the magnets. I could Bluetooth to other things. It had a decent range. I liked how it tilted the screen. I didn't have it long enough to comment on the battery life. I loved the color options. I like when everything is black and cohesive. The feel was great because it felt luxurious. The size was just too heavy for me, personally. If you're used to carrying a laptop everywhere anyway, this is a great addition to Samsung Ultra tablets.

This keyboard is AMAZING. It compliments the Samsung Galaxy S9 Ultra very well. As someone who is very particular about the typing experience on a keyboard, I can tell you first-hand that typing on this keyboard is an absolute joy. I could type on this thing all day! The adjustable RGB backlighting is a huge plus for working in dim or dark environments. The trackpad is also very good; if your's seems slow at first, go into the mouse/trackpad settings on your device and speed up the pointer speed, and toggle OFF the "enhance pointer precision" button. Doing the above steps seemed to greatly increase the experience of the trackpad. A few notes for potential improvements: As others have mentioned the rear backing is quite heavy, I've found it fatiques my supporting hand while using as a regular tablet on the couch. I assume this weight is from the magnet that attachs the rear backing to the tablet. Another thing is I wish the magnet that attaches the keyboard to the tablet was stronger, it suffices fine, but I am very cognizant of its weakness when carrying and/or typing on an uneven surface like a pillow. Next the feel of the material/skin that covers the device is fantastic, but it is a magnet for fingerprints and hand oils; I just hope the material holds up. Lastly, I wish there was a strong magnet, a latch, SOMETHING to keep the device securely shut while closed or carrying. I NEVER leave the tablet side facing my fingertips/waist when carrying like a book, it is always secured against the palm of my hand with the keyboard side facing my fingertips/waist. I do this because if the magnet were to fail, I'd much rather the keyboard take the fall than the tablet. Other than those very minor points, I think this is a fantastic keyboard, and I highly recommend! It is a very well made product and a fraction of the cost of the tablet's manufacturer's model.

Not bad! Only issues are that it makes your setup quite heavy and kind of chunky. The typing experience is average, not too great, but I've felt worse. However, after 3 months of the time I purchased it, one of the keys fell out, likely because the cap caught on the pockets in my backpack upon taking it out. I'm not too sure, though I would be careful. Battery performance is pretty good, can easily last around 4 or so days with low brightness and set to red. The keyboard attachment can be better; it can easily come off when you have it closed, so be careful how you handle it.

I have been using this keyboard case with my S10 Ultra tablet for 7 months now. It has worked so well for me that I rarely ever take my laptop with me anywhere anymore. The case does add quite a bit of weight to the tablet, but if feels solid and secure. The keyboard attachment to the tablet could use slightly stronger magnets, but I have not had any real issues with it coming off. The slot in the back is deep enough to keep the S-Pen from being easily knocked off the tablet. The keyboard holds a charge for what seems like forever. I rarely turn it off (it has an auto power saving mode), and I only recall having to charge it a couple of times over the past 7 months. Finally, I was very impressed with the customer service. I had a button pop off of the keyboard while I was on a business trip. I believe it happened on an airplane when I removed the keyboard and slid it into my bag so I could use the tablet without the keyboard. I can't think of any other time that it could have happened. Either way, I reached out to Dexnor via the chat interface on their website. I explained the problem, provided them a photo and a screenshot of my order, and they are sending me a replacement at no cost. The person who helped me was very friendly and reiterated how they stand by their products. I believe it. I endorse this keyboard case for the S10 Ultra.

Garbage. Dexnor customer service is non existent, they are absolutely the worst company to interact with if you have any issues. Scam company and scam products. Will never ever purchase another Dexnor product again. Heavy, cheaply made, bad customer service. Does not use DEX. Misleading advertisement.

If you're looking for a laptop replacement for your tablet, you found it with this setup. I favor the Samsung cover with keyboard (non lit version) as it is thinner and more user friendly for tablet use. So I took the leap of faith and immediately regret it. This is one purchase where the reviews are spot on, so buyer beware. The magnets for the tablet make this thing very heavy than it should be. You immediately notice it while unboxing. It fits the Tab S10 Ultra perfectly, but adds significant thickness and weight. If they used the same light magnets and thin concept of the Sasmung OEM cover, this would easily get 5 stars. Speaking of OEM, Sasmungs cover (back lit keyboard) is almost $400, so this is definitely a savings, but it adds thickness to an overall very thin tablet. Be mindful, this takes up space when fully open with keyboard, so a table is recommended for use in this mode. Not like the OEM which you can hold it in your lap. The keyboard blacklight works well, so does the connection to the tablet. Trackpad is lackluster as stated in other reviews. I guess you get what you pay for. It did not suit my needs, just too heavy for something I carry around daily. Imagine carrying a 15inch laptop around, you definitely notice the difference, especially if you want to keep the thin, light and practical concept for a tablet but instead have a 15lb brick added to the weight. Nope, I'll pass, so 3 stars me. Fix the weight and thickness issue and I'll definitely reconsider.

After I pre-ordered my Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra I was on the search for a keyboard case to go with it. I liked this one much better than the Samsung one for two reasons, the color changing back-lit keyboard, and the price difference! I ordered it in November and it worked great up into a couple weeks ago when the touchpad stopped scrolling on certain apps and anything on Google Chrome. I still had a few days left on the return window on Amazon but unfortunately I decided to contact Dexnor directly. They were communicating pretty well via email, I sent them videos and the proof of purchase as requested and they suddenly stopped responding. On top of not emailing back they also do not answer their phone at all, nor do they return calls. Therefore, I am left to leave this review in hopes that a solution is found.

This Dexnor keyboard case offers a sleek and reliable magnetic connection and protects my Samsung Galaxy tablet well. The keyboard is comfortable and typing feels pretty good overall, and the mouse pad works much better than I expected. Attaching and detaching the case is easy, making it convenient for on the go use. Connecting the bluetooth keyboard was easy, I had no problems. That said, it does add some noticeable weight to the tablet, which might be a consideration if you prefer lightweight setups. I also wish it included a pen guard to keep the stylus secure, right now, the pen can easily fall off while you’re out and about. I haven’t tried the official Samsung keyboard, but this one is about half the cost and suits my needs perfectly. Overall, a good value accessory that balances functionality and protection.
