TMJ Surgery
Perfect for people after TMJ surgery. With all the drooling after surgery, this helped eliminate the amount of paper towels and tissues! Suction has a speed setting/knob that helps with the amount of suction you are wanting/needing. Easy to assemble and to start using right away.

Works with purewick
Works well with purewick tips. We got a 2000ml cup for it from BD and the system works great.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
This a piece of garbage, a total waste of money! It is incredibly LOUD, with very little suction! It also can only be run for about 15 minutes at a time, or it will overheat! I was in the hospital for 2 months, and was unable to try it, until I got out, but by then, the return window had already closed, so now I’m stuck with useless piece of junk! BUYER BEWARE! Don’t waste your money! I tried to give it zero stars, but it wouldn’t allow me to!

Practical to absorb a persons phlem
Noise level is fine. Does the work. We use it for my father. He has dysphagia and it’s hard for him to swallow saliva and phlegm.

good for my needs
Got it today. I set it up easily enough but the instructions are complicated and do not have any quick start instructions. Poor grammar on the instruction booklet The suction is OK for our needs. The unit is compact and heavy enough with rubber feet so it won't fall over. I was glad it came with 2 suction catheters of 2 different sizes.( I took one star off for the instructions)

Portable phlegm suction
The item worked really good. My husband has a brain injury and he makes alot of secretions. Only bad thing is it quit working Monday. I have tried everything to get it to work.. Thats why I gave it a three rating. If it had not quit working it would have gotten a rating.

Great for post-jaw surgery.
We got this for my brother after he had to have his jaw wired shut. This was his an amazing purchase - and made him so much more comfortable. It's obviously not as powerful as the hospital's, but does the job. Can't be used for long periods of time, as it will get hot, but turning it on & off is simple. A bit loud, but not too bad.

Using this for home medical suction for phlegm in my father. Works the same as hospital suction for patients. Very helpful! I’m grateful I bought it even though it says “veterinary “ it is helping with his recovery
