Be careful, if you put a whole scoop, the shake will be bitter. Half a scoop I would recommend; otherwise the taste would be great.

this intra-workout product i found it was great. the tropical flavor is a great! this product keeps my energy levels high throughout a work out. also i use this product while i am cutting keeps my energy levels up and to keep control my cravings for food. i would rate this product from GDZ Supplements a 5 out of 5.

Have been using tablets until a friend recommended powder instead. I reviewed a number of products and this seems to have some great reviews. Only been using it for a week so I hope it does the trick. Mixes easily and tastes nice. Will try the orange next time.

Not sure about this.dont know what feeling you are supposed to get from it.first time I've ever used something like this.workouts have been longer tho so maybe it's down to this.i will finish this tub then do my workouts for a month without this see if my workouts are as long
