Although this is marketed as a pregnancy pillow, it’s been an absolute lifesaver for my daughter, who was diagnosed with severe scoliosis and preparing for spinal fusion surgery. In one of our support groups, many parents recommended using a pregnancy pillow to help their children get comfortable both before and after surgery. We got this pillow just in time for her surgery, and it has made a huge difference. My daughter likes to lie on her side, but with being post-op, she’s not supposed to bend or twist. This pillow allows us to position her in perfect alignment and gives her the support she needs to be comfortable without straining her back. The design is incredibly versatile. There are so many ways to adjust and use this pillow, which makes it suitable for anyone who needs extra support while lying down—not just pregnant individuals. Whether it’s for spinal issues, scoliosis, or general back pain, this pillow adapts beautifully to different needs and positions. It’s soft, well-stuffed, and very well made. We are so grateful this was recommended to us, and even happier that we purchased it. they must call this a pregnancy pillow because it makes you sleep like a baby. for background, i'm not pregnant, but i do have hypermobile joints which can cause a lot of pain if i'm not careful with them; my main problem areas are my hips, back, and shoulders. this thing works like a dream! it keeps everything aligned and supported the way it needs to be, and keeps me from sleeping in any weird positions that might hurt me. i've had a noticeable improvement in every area, and i've only had it a week or so! it's so comfy, you can hold it and lay however you need to and you just feel like you're wrapped up in a cozy little nest all night, it's great. you can also kind of stack it up for back support if you're sitting upright in bed which is really nice, it's really versatile! kind of feels like someone holding you so it's good if you're lonely too :') it's pretty well stuffed, mine had some lumps and weird empty spots at first from how it was packaged, but i fixed most of it by just moving the stuffing around with my hands, and they seem to be gone completely now that i've slept on it a few times. it's pretty fluffy and not flat or sad looking like some other ones i've seen, and it didn't smell that weird coming out of the package. few things to note: i will say that while it is a good size, to me it doesn't seem *quite* as big as it appears online, but i'm also fairly tall for a woman (5'8/5'9) so that could definitely just be a proportion thing. also, i have been sleeping kind of hot since i got this. it is pretty warm outside where i am so that could definitely play a part, but it is something to be aware of if that's a concern for you. hopefully that means it will be good for winter though! overall i think it was a good buy and i'd go with it again given the choice. maybe a different cover, just in case that's what's making me hot at night. if you have joint pain this may be a good option for you, hope this helped! not a paid reviewer, just have nothing better to do.

Love this pillow! Only a hassle to put the cover back on when you wash it but it’s absolutely worth the money. I slept very well with this pillow. The shape DOES stay even when you vacuum seal it and travel with it. It’s not as bulky as described it’s actually perfect! It kept me comfortable and PAIN FREE as pregnancy went on.

Alright my first time having this pregnancy pillow I loved it, I slept very good in it while pregnant. Now here is the funny story my husband ended sleeping with the pillow too, I guess it doesn't have to be for pregnant women only, that's how comfortable it is. The best thing ever!

I agree with Oswaldo Arroyo. It does the job but not as large as the images portray. There is the ability to add or remove stuffing, depending on the firmness you want. Nice long zipper to remove stuffing and clean the fabric. The fabric is soft and nice. I bought this for recovery from back surgery.

Very firm but takes up a whole twin size bed. Not to heavy but very comfortable
