Normally I have to cut dried mango into littler pieces with a scissors to be able to chew it because it is pretty tough. This dried mango breaks the mold with its luscious soft chewy texture. You can really just bite into it like a fresh piece of mango. This only has a little sugar in it so not overly sweetened. Mango is great as a snack and this package is not going to last long. I really love mangoes! If I could eat them every day I would. Sadly, I do not live in a place where I can access mangoes every day, so as a sub substitute I love to eat dried mango This brand of dried mango is quite delicious. Given that the majority of dried mango out there is laden with sugar, it really does taste better when that's less sugar. Once in a while I'm able to access real unadulterated dried mango. It is sublime, albeit like leather. The addition of sugar really does make the texture of the dried mango a lot more palatable. I would say that this brand does a nice job of finding that middle ground between the two It is a little on the pricey side, but given the quality, I would definitely buy it once in a while as a special treat
