It's been 2 months since I bought this product and I am completely satisfied. Comes with fan regulator of two sizes and easy to install. As compared to other product (I have used a few) this is the only one which provides support for both Alexa and Google. Hope it continues to perform this way.

Easy to install, works like a charm. When compared to other similar products the reaction time to voice commands is a bit slow.

I have been using the smart solution switches for almost a year now. They're absolutely brilliant! Solves purpose of what they're installed for, and the best part is, you don't need to be in the same network you can switch on & off from anywhere. I have almost 5 nodes installed one by one and the software compatibility is bang on! Very user friendly & convenient! I wish them all the very best!

We bought this product after much research, for a family of 2 who are bed ridden.Now they can operate lights, fans through Alexa.Very useful for diabled people.Also the customer support is very good. Special mention, Mr Indrajith who helped us with the installation over a video call.

I order 2 nodes of 3+1 convertor and both have fitting issue. I didn't place a refund since both are working as expected. Only issues is with the quantity of plastic and it's fitting. I have been using since 2 weeks and they are having no issues till now. I thing with all smart devices is that to use timer function we have to specifically use their app and not Google Home or Alexa since apps like Google Home can only turn on/off the product and can create a automated scenes but cannot handle timer function. The fan can only be turn on when the fan manual switch is on otherwise it will not detect fan if switch is off. There is no power on switch for fan in app and so can only control speed if fan is turned on. However Google Home can turn on the fan without using manually turning on the fan switch and similar Google Home can not control speed of fan but only on/off functions. To use speed control we have to specifically use their app.

It works flawlessly. Just go for it.Installation is a bit tweaky. But you can do it on your own. The Fan speed can also be controlled by alexa voice control.Only two drawbacks is that Alexa Hindi can turn on the fan but Alexa Hindi cannot control fan speed. But i think that blame is on Alexa and not this product.Also the default fan speed when i use automation starts from 2.But i would still say go for this product. It is awesome. Best product in the market.
