I have reviewed and researched many brands. Finally found LG as the best. My genuine review after purchasing 2 units and being used for more than month: I have performed real time research on various brands. Considering the ownership reviews collected from my relative and friends, concluding LG as the best. 1 ton and 1.5 ton capacity ACs of all other brands available at a very low price than LG. But here comes the differentiation comparing all brands with LG: Build Quality: Excellent build quality of indoor and outdoor units. Power Savings: Electricity bill of Lg 1 ton AC after running 10 hrs a day for 30 days is just 900/- (Run on 60-80% efficiency) Cooling Performance: A room of 10x10 with medium sunlight exposure can easily be cooled within 15 minutes when run on 25°C. After 15 mins you need to wear blankets to sustain from chills 😄 Airthrow: All LG ACs have 4 way swing feature, which is not available in many other brands. At fan speed F5, air throw is excellent. Covers top to bottom, left to right. ***ONLY DISADVANTAGE is Swing blades does cover the area exactly under the indoor Unit. We need to sleep at least 3 ft away from indoor unit to get feel the cooling and fan air.**** Last but not least- After Sales Service: LG known for the professional after sales service, when other brands doesn't meet LG in service. LG technicians are more professional than others. *Major cons: 1. Remote doesn't have radium or LED buttons- during night you need switch on torch to operate the remote. 2. Swing blades doesn't cover are under AC 3. Sounds around 32 decibles - bit high. Pros: 1. 4 way swing 2. Extra gold fin coating protects from corrosion. 3. Sleep and Timer features. You can turn on timer and sleep without any disturbance to turn off the AC during mid night. 4. Auto clean feature. Conclusion: don't tempt to buy cheap brands which offers at a very low price. After one year you need to spend 3x more amount on repairs. Invest one time on the right brand and stay happy for ever. As per my research, ALL OTHER BRANDS fail in below aspecta: 1. Provide good service 2. Low cooling performance. 3. Worst build quality 4. Very less life of the product. Don't waste your hard earned money on looting brands.

No dought ac is very good and working very well, but installation team is very bad , They look like teenagers, no work ethic, not a sense how to talk with customer, they are total 3 guys and abusing each other to find a single screw sometime. Tatally mannerless. very bad experience. when they take out ac from box , they throwing box like children. i don’t know how lg hiring these kind of employees. in a fitting outdoor unit one of them sitting on unit . product is good but installation is zero . lg need to change their installation process otherwise company loose customer faith in future.

LG AC & INSTALLATION Experience very very poor. We called LG customer care 6 times but they did not come to do AC INSTALLATION. Engineer came after 1 week to do ac installation. 1) During installation 3M copper pipe was missing in the box. 2) I purchased 3M copper pipe separately Rs. 3300/- Ac stand fitting charge Rs. 350/- Ac drain pipe Rs. 210 /- Ac installation Rs. 1415 /- Total installation amount - 5275 /- 3) Installation is very poor. 4) The installation bill not issued. 5) Don't buy expensive items online and don't buy them in sales. 6) Talking about AC, AC cooling is good. Indoor and outdoor unit both are silently work. My room 130 sqft cool very efficiently. Build Quality Good.

I’ve been using the LG 1 Ton 4 Star DUAL Inverter Split AC for a couple of months, and it’s been a fantastic addition to my home. This unit is compact but powerful, providing quick and efficient cooling for my bedroom. The dual inverter technology is very effective, cooling the room in minutes while remaining quiet – ideal for nighttime use. One of my favorite features is the AI Convertible 6-in-1 Cooling. This option allows me to adjust the cooling capacity depending on the room size and the cooling needs of the moment, which has noticeably reduced my energy usage. It’s perfect for situations where I don’t need full cooling power, such as on mild days or in smaller spaces. The 4-way swing function is great for even air distribution. It reaches all corners of the room, so I don’t have to worry about uneven cooling. The HD Filter is a nice bonus too; it helps filter out dust, which is great for air quality and my allergies. The 4-star energy rating has proven effective, as my electricity bill has gone down compared to previous months. The copper condenser gives me confidence in its durability, and I expect it to last a long time without major issues.

The product is no doubt 10 on 10. I observed the ac for 2 days and then I’m writing this review! It has done a fantastic job in cooling the room within no time! There was no need to go above 1 ton for my master bedroom, though I was skeptical but the AC did the job! Now coming down to the worst part is installation. - as per Amazon they say after 48 hours you’ll be contacted by LG team/engineer for installation - But I received no call - After raising ticket to the LG, I received the engineers number but he did not bother picking my call despite making more than 20 - Finally he received my call next day as I reached out to him on WhatsApp, he said we won’t come before 72 hours as we have a lot of orders. - After 72 hours I kept trying to the first engineer he blocked me and also didn’t bother replying to any of messages. I escalated the issue via Twitter, Emails, amazon, LG service portal and it finally got scheduled to another engineer who finally came on the 3rd day (after delivery) after I requested him a lot and followed up every hour as to where he was. - I wouldn’t blame engineer as he showed me he had to install 8 more AC’s and he came just coz I kept following up with him. - he totally charged 7.4k coz my fan had to be installed on the terrace and required 4 meter extra copper pipe. - 2nd engineer did a great job in installation no doubt post 100 follows up on call etc but it was a torture to keep calling them and make sure it’s installed soon - LG really needs to work on their installation and engineer assignment process and teach them how to speak to a customer coz they are very rude.

The LG 1 Ton 4-star dual-inverter split is a value for money and delivers the best performance. I am an LG AC user, and this is the 7th time I am purchasing. A word of caution is that never pressure wash with water. professional periodical. Brushing the indoor condensers gets the best performance. Please see that only LG personnel handle these products even after the warranty.
