I love this, especially this flavor, for a water beverage. Couple squirts and it's ready to DRINK. Black Cherry is my favorite flavor!

Very good if you watch your health and weight no sugar

So good and good for you. I could never drink the amount of water I need without it. Now instead of adding 25% of 100% fruit juice which I love but is unhealthy, I only add a splash for good measure. Not all the flavors are created equal, the Berry Pomegranate is best by far, and even when I use another flavor I still add an equal amount of this. I go through these, like water and it costs a lot more than my favorite juice used to but I did lose 40 lbs, in part because of switching to this and the high amount of water I consume. My doctors tell me to drink less water but you'd be surprised at the lengths one will go to avoid getting kidney stones again!

Love the product BUT 2 bottles leaked somehow and made a mess. Red spots in the pantry that are impossible to remove made me not popular.

We go through a lot of Mio in our home. We've tried other brands, and as far as taste goes, I feel they have the market captured. They have only gotten more and more expensive overtime, but the value is still worth it. When I saw the deal on these (6 pack) I jumped at it! This is a great find. I am not looking into the health pros/cons, negative side affects, good for you/bad for you -- I'm a, "if it tastes good, I'll drink it" king of guy.
