Great product! No bloat and my brain feels great!

Unflavored/tart works best for me since I mix it with Ascent Hydration/Electrolytes. The lemon/lime flavor was too much for me. I feel like I have retained my muscle much better than without using it. I can still feel the muscles under my "fat coat".

Works great and you don’t have to take as much. It kinda has a slight sour taste taste nut it’s not bad at all. No bloating feeling at all. It dissolves as you would expect and mixes well with any drink you want to too. I would recommend to anyone.

I know it is a good product so 4 stars for that, but, it is NOT unflavored. They didn't ADD flavor - huge difference. It does say on the packaging that is has a tart flavor and I saw that after my first sip of coffee with this added in. Not good. The word "UNFLAVORED" in the description and headline gave me the idea that there was no flavor. It felt misleading - as I had looked at several choices, and decided I wanted this brand and chose unflavored since I like to use creatine in my coffee. I will use it as it is a good product. Just wanted to warn the next customer that this has flavor.

Creatine HCL powder dissolves super fast. And hasn't upset my stomach once. The Creatine Monohydrate upset my stomach every time I took it. Even though there is more scientific research behind the monohydrate having nausea was not a viable option for me. The HCL works better for my system.

Do not buy! Product claims to be 7x concentrated which if you look it up it’s not possible. The product comes in a miniature container that can not be returned!

I’ll give it 3 stars because several things I don’t like about it are things I should have realized by paying closer attention. I spent a long time looking at the offerings on Amazon for creatine because I’ve been reading about potential health benefits for women in their mid 40s. This was about the not option I could find with any sort of certification. It’s NSF certified. From what I have read, NSF certification means that the facilities for manufacturing are inspected to ensure adherence to good manufacturing practices and to avoid contamination. USP verifies contents and quality of the supplement. I would have preferred that but I did not find a single reasonable option on this platform. It’s incredible to me that Amazon offers so many supplements that have no form of certification. How can anyone have confidence that the product they purchase even contains what it says it does? But back to this particular one. I found the listing photo very misleading because I thought I was buying a somewhat large container - the container is tiny, it fits in the palm of your hand, and it’s only half full when you open it. OK, that’s on me because since this was the only certified option I found, I didn’t read through all the reviews and specifications to see how little it was. I just sorta foolishly assumed they wouldn’t sell a daily supplement people in a tiny container. Then there is the powder itself. I ordered raw unflavored because I was afraid the flavored would taste like artificial sweeteners. Well, this isn’t the least bit sweet. It is extremely sour and tart. I eat plain unsweetened yogurt which is quite tart itself, but when I add this powder to it, it’s almost inedible because the tartness is extreme. I have to put a bunch of other stuff in like berries and agave nectar to make it palatable. As for the function of the product, I have not really noticed any difference yet but will keep trying. It at least does not seem to cause any untoward side effects except maybe minimally speeding up my GI tract.
