Flavor
I've only been using it for a week or so. But it came recommended by my chiropractor. Seems like good stuff so far. I ordered unflavored. The company DEFINITELY had a disclaimer that unflavored doesn't mean that it has "no flavor". It means it has no added flavors. So it's kind of sour (which they were very upfront about). Just don't think you're going to pour a couple of scoops into a drink and not taste it. I give the company 100% credit for making that obvious in the product description. I'm planning on purchasing it again.

easy to digest but might not provide benefit
I do not have digestive upset with this product and that is a huge relief. I do have some concerns but those could be personal. My main concern is I don't feel like I have the same cognitive or physical benefits I did when I first started taking a different brand of monohydrate (that brand really did bother my digestion). This could just be that I'm at a loaded amount but after months of taking this I am not sure of its value.

It works well - really well; however, it tastes like vomit... Actual sour, tart, stomach acid vomit!
It works well if you are mindful of the dosage. 140lb to 180lb person needs atleast 4 scoops so the container doesn't hold 100 servings, but rather, 25 servings. Lastly, it tastes like vomit... Actual sour, tart, stomach acid vomit! It mixes well but doesn't get rid of the taste. If you can stick to the creatine hcl in pill form.

Small palm sized container of super tart powder
I’ll give it 3 stars because several things I don’t like about it are things I should have realized by paying closer attention. I spent a long time looking at the offerings on Amazon for creatine because I’ve been reading about potential health benefits for women in their mid 40s. This was about the not option I could find with any sort of certification. It’s NSF certified. From what I have read, NSF certification means that the facilities for manufacturing are inspected to ensure adherence to good manufacturing practices and to avoid contamination. USP verifies contents and quality of the supplement. I would have preferred that but I did not find a single reasonable option on this platform. It’s incredible to me that Amazon offers so many supplements that have no form of certification. How can anyone have confidence that the product they purchase even contains what it says it does? But back to this particular one. I found the listing photo very misleading because I thought I was buying a somewhat large container - the container is tiny, it fits in the palm of your hand, and it’s only half full when you open it. OK, that’s on me because since this was the only certified option I found, I didn’t read through all the reviews and specifications to see how little it was. I just sorta foolishly assumed they wouldn’t sell a daily supplement people in a tiny container. Then there is the powder itself. I ordered raw unflavored because I was afraid the flavored would taste like artificial sweeteners. Well, this isn’t the least bit sweet. It is extremely sour and tart. I eat plain unsweetened yogurt which is quite tart itself, but when I add this powder to it, it’s almost inedible because the tartness is extreme. I have to put a bunch of other stuff in like berries and agave nectar to make it palatable. As for the function of the product, I have not really noticed any difference yet but will keep trying. It at least does not seem to cause any untoward side effects except maybe minimally speeding up my GI tract.
