Absurd teuer, aber so ist es halt mit Kosher Salt in Europa. Es ist ratsam, die Menge, die man nicht benötigt, luftdicht zu verpacken, oder zu verschenken.

I learned about using Diamond Crystal salt as my go-to for kosher salt many many years ago and never chose any other kind. Subsequently I took a sourdough workshop 7 years ago and the instructor, who taught at community college, recommended using it as well. It's pricier than other kosher salts but one can't substitute quality just for price
