Very supportive for de quervains tenosynovitis. It's very easy to put on and adjust. Is well worth the money, is good quality and looks like it will last a long time. It is a firm hold and the fully adjustable velcro strips allow for easy customisation. The velcro is very strong and seems durable too. The metal bar and cushion in the palm of the hand took a bit of getting used to and find the correct place for support and comfort but it is very comfortable now and I look forward to putting it on. Below is a link to another wrist support from the same brand I also purchased. It has lighter support but equally good quality and durable. I find it easier to wear than this one when out and about. I tried a thumb spica splint from Amazon as it's advised for de quervain but found it very restrictive, uncomfortable and it made the pain worse, it seemed to squish my thumb inwards and didn't feel it was holding it in the right place/angle. Very happy I bought this item and recommend it especially for supporting wrist movement by holding it firmly in place. what a fabulous item this is ! Worth every penny. It has helped my husbands pain / sprained wrist hugely. So very glad I chose this one.

Very good suport

Really helped when I broke my wrist. Very stable, more comfortable than the splint that the hospital provided. Also very useful for when I went back to sports to provide extra protection in the early days.

I severely injured my wrist and literally could not lift a cup of tea. After recovery I now use this to support my wrist for ten pin bowling and is a godsend. Stops my wrist bending the wrong way. The dual metal supports above and below the wrist are great and helps prevent further injury. Doesn't help my scores unfortunately! If you were using this for daily normal use it would be great as part of your recovery, provides amazing wrist, forearm and lower hand support with flexibility. I bought 2 of them. Recommend.

Very pleased with this. I injured my wrist weight lifting and this has helped me continue to train without serious wrist pain. The steel plates are very sturdy and fully supports my wrist, even while resistance training. Good product.

I hurt my wrist boxing. Bought this and problem sorted. Really stabilises the joint

I would like to ask other people who bought this a question...I was careful to put this on correctly and not too tight but the pond and needles in my hand are even worse than before. Any suggestions what I'm doing wrong?
