My vision impaired mother relies upon the watch to tell time.The first watch's voice stopped working and we ordered another one.Silly us, the second watch did the same thing.I have followed the instructions on battery replacement to the letter. Neither watch will properly function.Seller has not replied to my concerns.

My 93 y/o mother has significant vision problems and dexterity issues. She can easily find the button and pushes it easily enough to activate the voice. Other talking watches had too many buttons so she was always pushing the wrong one.
