SureFeed Sealed Pet Bowl

So happy with this pet feeder. Keeps uneaten wet food from drying out leading to less waste. My cat is free to eat as much or as little as she wants and come back later to still-fresh food . A year later and the cover suffered a mishap and the cover hinge broke. I contacted the seller and they replied right away and sent a replacement cover at no cost. Excellent product and company.

Miseczkę zakupiliśmy 1,5 roku temu i od tego czasu sprawuje się idealnie. Od tego czasu baterie były wymieniane tylko 1 raz. Ulubiona mokra karma naszej kotki pachnie intensywnie, dodatkowo kotka ma tendencje do powolnego jedzenia - parę kęsów i odchodź. Automatycznie zamykana miseczka sprawia, że zapach nie roznosi się ciągle po mieszkaniu, jedzenie jest długo świeże. Nasza kotka jest bardzo strachliwa, ale miseczka jest tak cicha i spokojnie się otwiera, że nauczyła się z niej jeść w 3-4 dni.

Volevo una ciotola Surefeed che contenesse gli odori. Ho optato per questo modello in quanto il costo era più contenuto rispetto a quello con lettore di microchip. Sono completamente soddisfatto. I gatti non hanno avuto bisogno di training. Dopo poche ore, utilizzavano già la ciotola senza alcun problema. Prodotto dal costo elevato ma ottimo.

Excellent item, does exactly what I wanted. My cat is an annoying grazer, and rarely finishes a whole pouch of wet food in one sitting. But I'm not hanging around in the kitchen to give her multiple tiny portions, meaning I often have to dispense the whole pouch and hope she comes back to finish it later (which she does, if I don't cave and give her a fresh one despite her quite incredibly perseverant miaowing). Sometimes she wins the battle of wills by ignoring her leftovers until it's gone so dry and gross even I can't make her eat it. I had also noticed flies making a bee-line for the uneaten food the second she walks away in this hot weather, and then disgustingly laying eggs which turn into visible tiny larvae in a matter of hours 🤢. So I googled and thought I'd give this sealed bowl a go, to tackle both flies and drying of half eaten portions. Flies problem - sorted instantly, fantastic! Half-eaten portions problem - well the bowl extends the life of the food but the cat is still a stubborn feline and may or may not eat it all regardless. The only comedy problem we had was the cat was TERRIFIED of the bowl for the first few days. It was super weird because this cat is so unafraid of anything she doesn't even jump if you drop a cup 2 inches from her head. But she was properly backing away from the gentle, quiet, smooth lid raising of this bowl! So we had a comedy few days of refusing to serve food in any other bowl, and kneeling down next to it trying to encourage her to feel safe and come close. Honestly, if you'd told me I'd ever lay on the floor to encourage my cat to eat.... anyway, she got over it in a few days and now it's totally fine, and particularly good overnight or if I'm out for the day. I bought a 2 pack of the same brand's split bowl so I can serve both wet and dry in there and always have a clean one on hand to swap regularly. So the whole thing wasn't cheap, but I reckon worth it because not only am I no longer a fly factory in the kitchen, but the smell of cat food has dramatically reduced and she probably is eating a higher % of the wet food now it stays fresher longer. Highly recommended.

Best thing I ever bought for feeding our cats….. one of them was driving us nuts trying to wake us at 4 or 5am to feed her but now they can feed themselves! It took a little time for the two of them to get used to it and we put the wet food into it from the fridge so it’s cold…..it’s a quality piece of kit and my only complaint would be that there’s no way to use ice packs with it to keep wet food fresher for longer. Well worth the investment we love it!
