Very nice perfect gift for wife

I was so excited to get this for my Thanksgiving turkey instead of using the disposable foil pans! Ive only used it once but I can say its a game changer. It's great quality, sturdy and easily held a 20 lb stuffed turkey. I love the handles on the rack and that it sits elevated to get that nice crisp skin all the way around. Oh and the best part is that its SO easy to clean because its non stick!!! Nothing sticks. I literally wiped it out with a paper towel first and then handwashed it.

When I opened the box, the first thing I noticed was the quality of the rack. That is one serious rack that's not going to warp and fall apart.After cooking a spatchcocked turkey in this for Thanksgiving, there was a point when I realized I had run out of moisture at the bottom. I remember thinking...nuts...I ruined my brand new roaster pan.To my surprise, when I was cleaning it out later, everything slipped right out and NOTHING STUCK to the non-stick surface. Even the chrome rack cleaned up easily. I eas able to put this away in like-new condition after performing perfectly.

Perfect for any kind of roasting. Nonstick works better than most.

Purchased 4 yrs. ago. Excellent roasting pan. Removeable rack is very helpful. But believe them when they say "tested to 450 degrees. I started my turkey at 450 for 30 minutes and the non-stick surface bubbled and peeled like a bad sunburn. I'd recommend this pan but mind your temperature!

The roast cooked evenly and because the rack was slightly elevated along the sides of the pan there were no scratches to rust later. Cleans up quite easily too. Very pleased with this pan.My prior roasting pan has a very well known name but DID NOT PERFORM AS WELL.

Ive used this pan for a while now. I’ve made multiple roasts etc on on it. I suffer from depressions and the last thing I made from it was a huge pork roast with vegetables that looked like a PITA to clean.So I left it for days Uruk I HAD. To remove the stuff: it had burn marks all over it.I was depressed dos I left it over several months. I hit an upswing. I gotta tell you: it was so easy to clean. The chrome panels , the nonstick interior. Just scrubdaddy and dawn and it came right off. Not sure what I was afraid off or whats ever. Just whoosh right off.12/10 would buy again.

Bought this for cooking Turkzilla, a 29lb bird on Thanksgiving. I had a large heavy thick aluminum pan that had a cradle but it would slide around in the pan, shifting the weight while moving in and out of the oven. Not to mention scraping off the non-stick coating of the roaster. I liked the way the rack in the Circulon pan rested on the edges of the roaster and would keep the bird out of the drippings. I read some reviews about the metal being cheap and flimsy and was concerned how it would handle the large bird. No issues at all!! The roaster just fit the bird and the steel construction handled the weight of the stuffed bird easily, no flex, no shifting of the rack when lifting the bird, also no added pan weight. I also liked how the roaster's handles have a slight outward flair, I was able to lift the pan without touching the bird. After roasting Turkzilla for 8 hrs, clean up was relatively easy. I soaked the pan for 30 min in warm soap water and using a soft sponge easily cleaned the rack, the pan took some extra effort removing the burnt on drippings. I highly recommend this roaster, I plan to use this for all my roasting going forward, the old HEAVY, expensive aluminum pan is going to the recycle bin.

Well made, cannot fault it at all. It is a pity they no longer have the smaller one as I would have bought that as well.

This roasting pan is great! Perfect size - can accommodate large roasts and turkeys. Rach fits snug so it doesn't move around but also easy to remove. I love that it is non stick and super easy to clean (both pan and rack). I would definitely recommend

Me encantó! Compré 3 de una vez y me encantan! Sólo falta ver durabilidad pero pues eso será con el tiempo, de momento realmente no se le pega nada, viene amplio y creo que le cabe un pavo mediano o pequeño, uno grande definitivamente no pero para familias pequeñas es suficiente.

Very useful pan. It takes a very large turkey easily. It is also very easy to place in or remove from the oven. It cleans easily too.

Great piece of kit , be careful to check dimensions of your oven to see if fits ( allowing for siderails)
