I am starting see fading of a scar on my arm and it also flattend the scar.

With age my eye lids and under eyes are starting to become a bit darker than I care for. I am very light skinned so to me it stands out. I ordered this in hopes it might help correct the problem. First for the amount I am using this is a big jar! Plus just a little goes a long way so its a great value. I love the fact that it does not burn my eyes as I have other products. Even when I accidentally ended up with some on my eye lashes there was no problem. Its not so thick that it feels like you are spreading paste but not too runny either. It feels light weight but I can feel just enough to know its a cream and not a watered down product. Not sure if it will lighten the dark circles but we will see in time. If nothing else I am sure its great for the small wrinkles.

I have been using Advanced Clinicals Dark Spot Remover Retinol Face Moisturizer Lotion both morning and night for almost three weeks. I do feel that I am seeing a difference in my skin. My skin is moist and hydrated. I have some sunspots that I do feel are fading a bit. It takes time to see results with damage like sunspots. I think even seeing a slight change in less than three weeks is wonderful. I have experienced no irritation or sensitivity to the lotion. I was worried that putting it on in the morning might make my skin oily during the day, but that did not happen. I have maybe 4 or 5 Advanced Clinicals products that I use. This is one of my favorites. It is a great product at a great price. Excellent skin care line!

First, I should say that I can't speak to the efficacy of this product yet, but I'll update my review to reflect any significantly positive or negative outcomes. I'm writing this review quickly because I have safety concerns about the packaging and want other safety-minded people to know so they can make a more informed decision. First, and I knew this going in, no product intended for multiple uses should be in an open jar like this. Many studies have shown that bacteria remain on hands even directly after washing them, which means after using this product bacteria are being sealed in a petri dish to breed and potentially make our skin break out, or worse. There are jars on the market with pump dispensers that work great for controlling the worst of this problem and I wish all beauty products in jars would hurry up and become part of that trend. What disturbed me most was the lack of safety seal. Even the presence of an only minorly effective type, such as one of those round stickers on the box, would have kept me from writing this review, but neither the box nor the jar/lid had any protection whatsoever. The lid unscrewed readily and there was just an unsecured barrier on top of the lotion, presumably to keep the lotion from going up into the lid. That's a nice perk but I'll take a safety seal over that any day. Having said that, I didn't notice any scent, which I like, and I also like like the light-medium weight and feel of the lotion. I'll continue to use it to see if it yields results, but am unlikely to purchase it again. It's also a good amount for the money, though I did buy it at a discount.

I love this moisturizer, it’s lightweight with hardly a fragrance and I use about a dime size on my entire face and neck. I have combination skin and it has not bothered my oily areas at all. I have brown dark spots due to either sun or hormonal changes so I have high hopes that this product with help. I have used it directly under my eyes too with no irritation at all. The ingredients all seem great and if I continue to have good results I will order it again. The company is in Chicago and it looks like they have other products I am interested in trying.

This is great for your dark spots! It only takes a small amount, a little goes a long way. It has a beautiful soft scent — I'm noticing results only in a short time of usage. This brightening cream also contains alpha-hydroxy acid, which aids in smoothing my fine lines and surface wrinkles. My texture and tone have greatly improved. The quality of this product is very good, made in the USA. The beautiful glass jar that the cream comes in feels luxurious and adds so much to the experience. A wonderful choice for your dark spot brightening cream. This cream is definitely improving my skin's appearance.

Very impressed so far. Very happy so far. After several uses, does make the skin feel pretty nice. A nice quantity of product is definitely appreciated. Ingredients list looks pretty good, easy to get on to the fingers, rubs easily onto the skin, absorbs decently quickly into the skin. Looking forward to continue use at this rate. Overall really good. Would buy again.
