It fits my 2011 Civic perfectly and seems to work fine. I know some reviewers questioned whether these blow the same volume of air or are as quiet as the OEM fan. I can't remember specifics about the original fan, but this one seems very comparable. The price was right, and it was very easy to replace. I am happy with it.

Fan does not correctly fit this model. For Australia. Spins opposite direction and base plate is 90deg different Same part number for genuine replacement

Air flow is very low for my Outlander. Most of the time I have run it at full speed to get proper air. Little noisy as well. The Aircon connecting pipe doesn't fit as well.

Perfect replacement. Quiet. Blows hard. It's almost adultery.

The fan also whines at full speed unlike the oem one but it’s not super loud at the same time this part wasn’t cheap but oem is over 100$ . Still shouldn’t have come damaged almost couldn’t install it buyer beware
