The unit arrived on time in the snow. The unit is effective. I love the remote and how easy it's to operate.

We bought this as a gift for our son, who's job requires him to be on his feet all day long. After unboxing, I figured I would give it a try. Turns out, I loved it so much I went out and bought another one just for myself! It is easy to stow under my desk. I pull this out mid-day for a bit of tension relief and it does wonders. Highly recommend.

I love this massager. I have arthritis in my feet and they hurt, but I don't want to stop moving, so I bought this to try to help. It doesn't take away the pain, nor would I expect that, but it makes my feet feel better. I especially love the compression part. There are three levels of compression and three levels of kneading. It also offers heat, but as it's July in Wisconsin, I haven't yet tried that. It times out at 15 minutes, but I think that's adjustable, and if you want more, just turn it back on. When this product arrived, it came with a slip of paper offering a "free extended warranty," extending the warranty from one year to three. When I tried to register for this, however, I couldn't get in. So I messaged the company via the email on the warranty slip, and by the next business day, I got an email telling me that the warranty was in effect, nothing more I needed to do. I was very impressed with this service, especially with how quickly and simply it was resolved. So that makes this, in my opinion, an even better product, because the manufacturer backs it up.

I like that it revitalizes my painful feet helping me to calm the pain down. I have a number of painful neuropathy conditions and this gets my circulation and nerves to energize so they don't hurt as much. It's like having a massage therapist in my home. It's a little tight for my husband who has a size 12 mens shoe so that's why I gave it a four star rating. I have a size 10 and 1/2 to 11 in women's shoes and it seems perfect for me. It doesn't heat up fast or very much, so I don't worry about overheating. I think heat can cause more swelling and my doctor has cautioned against it so I don't worry about it Overall, I'm glad I made the purchase, it works my feet over well. I wouldn't say the remote is real responsive. It has to be pointed down close to it to work, so what's the point? I believe it's worth the money. It's not that expensive for what you're getting and I think they engineered it well. My sister-in-law tried it and she was in heaven ! Thanks for reading my review.

Works great

Was looking around for a foot massager, considered renpho and a few other brands. My friend has a bookstone one that is triple the price and I think this one is just as good. Found comfier and figured I'd try it out. Picked this one due to it seeming to be a newer model despite less reviews. Impressed with how well it works. Highest pressure and massage settings is not painful but is pretty strong on my size 11 feet. Heat could be a little stronger but it works once it warms up. Maybe 5 minutes before I start to feel it. Bonus remote at this price was attractive. You can extend the warranty as well for free.

Quality time for yourself

Can't deny all the good reviews and in fact the product is GREAT but here was my experience. I ordered the model with the remote control. It arrived WITHOUT the remote control despite the packaging that stated that it included the remote. So, I followed up and they said that they would send a remote. Ok great, but then they sent another message telling me that they would send a whole entire new unit which I never requested. All I want is the remote and you guessed it, it never arrived. They sent a link for "tracking" but it only directs to their website; no way to track. I'll never buy from COMFIER ever again.
