Good substitute of non stick pan
It looks good. I am using it as replacement of non stick pan , of cource, judiciously with moderate hit control. Mirror finish , easy to clean. It's base is very narrow in comparison to the cooktop space in Induction or infrared oven space. Heat is wested. Otherwise it is good for cooking . I have now purchased triply frying pans for their bases are flat.
