HP laptop. Great product. Great price.
If you’re over 80, don’t buy it. Lol. I’m still trying to figure out how it works. Used computer for 45 years and now I can’t remember how to set it up!! 🤬But…it’s a lovely product, great price and it will not defeat me. Next review I post on this item, I will be mousing away😜😊

BAD SELLER- BROKEN AND THEY WOULDN'T REFUND 100%
This came broken/defective on arrival.Second time I trued to turn on, it would not turn on at all. Third time, it was a black screen with only a cursor. I had an IT friend look at it and he said it was defective junk. I turned it on 3 or 4 times total. The first time I got it running it was crazy slow. (I did get one with pretty decent storage plus it was new with nothing on it).I returned it, waited, got confirmation that they received it, still nothing. I messaged, they made me “prove” I had returned it and it was delivered, I did that.Finally I got an email about my “refund”.They charged me a “restocking” fee of $51.13. Which is about 20% of the price for a broken item that they sent me.This is a terrible seller- they sent me a broken item that never worked and was a hassle.In return for their broken item, I was charged about a $50 penalty for receiving a broken item that I had to return.

Great for the price
This is a great laptop for the price. The sound system works wonderfully and is super light weight. The only reason for a 4 star review was because of the speed. It's a little bit too slow for what I'm used too. Other than that, it's a nice laptop.

This works well for documentation I need for at work. It’s fast processing, works well, good sleep mode/rest mode and easy to wake. And it’s pink!
