Vegetable Stock Pot, 8 x 28g

Honestly any vegetable stocks add SO MUCH flavour to anything. I use mine in pasta dishes where I don't want a bland normal sauce, or an overpowering chicken taste! Cook with the pasta and boiling water till there's not too much left then add it to whatever you like (chicken, sausage, more main veg..etc)! They are also great with softer roast potatoes! Cut potatoes as usual then chuck them in a pot with a small amount of water and stirred in vegetable stock, add seasoning and cook! (45 mins usually) I love using these, especially this brand as its genuinely packed with flavour

I drink it like soup. I get nausea a lot and having to eat something and chew just isn't going to happen, it's great in food or just on its own in a cup with hot water like a soup

Perfect addition to stews etc makes a lovely gravy too

Bit expensive for what you get, but, to be fair, really good vegetable stock. Much of the other stuff you can buy is very salty, which spoils the flavour of delicate veggie dishes. I'm a bit uncertain about chucking all those little plastic pots out into the landfill sites, and I am hoping that they will come up with a suitable alternative soon, but they taste great so I'll give them a year to get their act together on the other issue before I go back to the solid cubes.

If you need a stock boost the Knorr stock pots are the best of all the ones I have tried and infinitely better than old make stock cubes which seem to be gritty and more salt than anything else. Personally I prefer the pots to Knorrs cubes again less salt, but importantly dissolve well into sauces and gravy so mix evenly. Good flavour boost product.

These veggie friendly stocks are perfect for making soups and stews. Just one of these will transform the flavour of the dish. The taste of herbs is perfect and it does not taste salty like those powdery cubes.

Excellent stock! small packs but don't underestimate them, they're pure concentrated packs of flavour that help to thicken your broth while adding a depth of flavour that complemented your own. would purchase again and recommend to a friend.
